He’s still yet to be released even after the court order, what is really happening? DSS spokesperson says the agency is law-abiding. The Department of State Services, (DSS) has explained why the Publisher of Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowore is still being detained despite court’s order to release him. According to Punch, the agency said Sowore is still in their custody because they have not received a copy of the court order granting him bail from his legal team The spokesperson of the security agency, Dr. Peter Afunnaya disclosed this on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Celebrities / Why Is It That Nigerian Celebrities Marriages Don’t Last? by Abiodun0202(m): 6:00pm On Sep 28, 2019 |
What do you think are the causes why marriages by Nigerian celebrities don’t last? What do you think they can do to make it work better? The main reason why I think Nigerian celebrities marriages don’t last is because of pride. Because they see themselves as stars, their egos will not let them stay humble and fight to keep their marriages, especially the ladies. Once they have a child from the marriage and small trouble starts, they are done! In essence, they are just looking for sperm donors and not life partners. Do you wonder why ... ... https://fornaij.com/question/why-is-it-that-nigerian-celebrities-marriages-dont-last/ |

Getting a ‘good job’ depends on 4 things. A bachelor’s degree contributes to all 4 in varying degrees. Firstly, it it defines what you know: anyone will be able to make a quick judgement of your abilities based on what you studied and can demonstrate. What you know makes you eligible for the said good job. Secondly, how well you know it: performing excellently or poorly on your degree speaks for itself. Family / Why Most Nigerians Encourage Child Obesity? by Abiodun0202(m): 6:06pm On Sep 26, 2019 |
I’ve seen so many mothers in Nigeria happy to see their kids fat/obese. To them this is a sign of fine bobo(healthy living). Why is that so? Seriously, this is the Nigerian way of life. If you are slim, then you are either going hungry or battling with a disease. If you are fat or obese, then you are definitely “chopping life” and living to the full. To a typical Nigerian, losing weight is only for models. They do not think of the health benefit of staying on the right weight, eating less or even fasting. And about fasting, they only fast when their pastor or Imam tells them to fast and pray about probably an absurd issue that may not really exist. That’s for another day. And... https://fornaij.com/question/why-do-nigerians-encourage-child-obesity/ |

Well, Depending on where you’re coming from, soy-based foods like tofu, soy milk, miso, tempeh, and edamame may sound like classic “health” foods. What do you think is the reason Why Nigerian movies have poor picture quality and bad sound? Majority of the citizens do complain of Nigerian Movie industry shows in regards to their incapability to offer a better quality, what are those reasons.. A lot of factors may be responsible for these; 1. Lack of Funds 2. Corruption Etc... Lack of fund: the government have not been supportive of the industry, most of the production you see out there are mostly self sponsored. Business / What Are The Best Ways To Generate Good Business Ideas? by Abiodun0202(m): 4:45pm On Sep 23, 2019 |
What are the best ways to generate good business ideas? One of the reasons why some people business fails is because they never plan it well. Planning is the bedrock of all business, and businesses that would succeed must have a good plan. So what are the best ways to get this... Do nothing. One of the greatest ways to generate good business ideas is to take time off and relax. It frees your mind up to think. And most importantly, it gives your mind space for the creativity to flow. A lot of the times, most of the best ideas are right under our nose… we’re just so busy and constantly moving that we don’t even notice. Use the magic question. Go around and interview 20–30 people in the industry you want to start a business in. Then, ask them the magic question. “What is the biggest pain that you face in the day to day?” Record all of your answers and then see if you notice a pattern. If you find an answer that keeps coming up, it’s time for you to take action. Figure out a solution to that problem and BOOM, you’ve got yourself an amazing business idea. Travel the world. Want to know how Blake Mycoskie came up with Tom’s, the multi million dollar shoe company? He traveled to Argentina, noticed a shoe that was used by the herders on the farms and rebranded it. Now, he runs one of the biggest apparel companies in the world and has a net worth of over 300 million dollars. He wouldn’t have ever come up with the idea unless he took that trip to Argentina… Finalize it all here https://fornaij.com/question/what-are-the-best-ways-to-generate-good-business-ideas/ |

Education / Why Do Other Higher Institutions Refer To Unilorin As An Advanced Secondary Sch by Abiodun0202(m): 3:24pm On Sep 20, 2019 |
Most Higher Institutions out there do refer University of Ilorin as an advance secondary school. Why is this so? Is it due to their method, process or pattern of teaching…? Even though the school seems to be rated high in terms of academics, most people still feel the scrutiny is much for a tertiary institution. Culture / What Are Some Traditions In Nigerian Culture You’d Like To See Gone? by Abiodun0202(m): 3:15pm On Sep 20, 2019 |
There are still some traditions in Nigeria that would make you suffocate just by hearing it Which of these acts would you want out?.. 1. Bride Price 2. Inheritance Customs 3. Maltreatment of windows 4. Female Genital Circumcision So, let's explain a bit.... Bride price: I could rant for hours about this tradition. It’s essentially a transfer of the ownership of a woman, from her father to her husband. Some people believe that the price should be really low, preferably paid in rare denominations. They say this portrays a woman as rare and invaluable. I think bride price in any form (money, livestock, clothing etc) objectifies women, and I’d like to see it gone. ++ Inheritance customs that favour sons: A mother of three girls was still mourning her husband, when news broke that he had fathered a son with some other woman. This widow was expected to relinquish her house, because the custom was that a man’s house belongs to his first son at death. Rubbish! Beyond material things, the custom of treating the first son as the head of the family, sometimes even giving such sons precedence over their mothers. That needs to go too. ++ Maltreatment of widows: ... you know what, get more of it here... https://fornaij.com/question/what-are-some-traditions-in-nigerian-culture-youd-like-to-see-gone/ |
Culture / Why These Attributes In Culture Drives Nigeria Backward by Abiodun0202(m): 3:05pm On Sep 20, 2019 |
There's been different reasons causing setback/drawbacks to Nigeria as a country, but have you take your time to reason why this culture of a thing jeopardize the prosperity if this country.. There’s no single culture in Nigeria, and the multiple cultures present are very disimilar. However, there is what can be seen as a sort of universal belief and behaviours. These behaviours are not exactly unique to Nigerians but in some way they are magnified in a typical Nigerian. Some of these beliefs are listed below alongside what can be termed their nagatives. Too much emphasies on respect for older people regardless of a situation (Not necessarily old people bit anyone who is older than you even by just 2 years). Which creates some psychologocal problems. This automatically creates a nation of people who bare fearful and not exactly confident... Its really disheartening seeing some reasons that should have been clear enough but no why do we chose no to see it... * Bigotry * Tolerance These are further explained by a renowned prof. https://fornaij.com/question/what-are-some-problems-created-by-nigerian-culture/ |
