Politics / Re: Return N1.3bn, EFCC Tells Fayose by Abuude: 10:36am On Oct 17, 2018
Corruption is a serious problem in every level and system of this country. Bubu was voted on the platform of attempting at least to root out this challenge but he has failed for the following reasons.
1. Failing in his ministerial cabinet by appointing thief's to appease for political reasons.
2. Mistreatment of the judiciary I.e reducing salaries and trying to intimidate judges.
3. Unaccountability of the Abacha loot, trying to redistribute it for political reasons and ignoring due process.
4. Low sentence ratio per prosecutions.
5. Ignoring corruption among APC party members by being politically bias against opp members.
Justice should be an even balanced scale for reasons.
God bless Nigeria with good leadership

NwaAmaikpe:
shocked

This is where they are good at.
They've never won a high profile corruption case in court in recent times

But they've never lost a "yahooboy" case in court.
Congrats to EFCC for hunting mosquitoes with grenade launchers.
Politics / Re: 2019: PDP’s Candidate Must Be Prepared To Be President From Day 1 - Maibasira by Abuude: 10:55pm On Apr 07, 2018
It doesn't matter what party, it is candidate dat matters. We don't want buhari back but Atiku in my opinion has very little to offer NIgerians cos he has shown he has no principles, this is a man who couldn't even decide wat party to belong to.If PDP want to stand a chance against buhari they need a fresh candidate with a clean history, we are tired of old dogs with old tricks. The power is in our hands vote for the leadership nt personality.
Foreign Affairs / Re: Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Visits China. by Abuude: 9:00pm On Mar 29, 2018
North Korea in my view is getting more from the proposed negotiations with other world power I. e China, U. S, Japan North Korea nd Russia. Until the Korean war they never wanted to become a nuclear power but were forced to do so because of sanctions from the west. They were also backed by China, Russia nd Iran who has sustained their economy in an attempt to curb western influence in east Asia but recently they have taken advantage of the present division in western democracies I.e Usa elections, U. S first policies Germany's elections, brexit. They are in a stronger negotiating position than they will ever be. Well played Kim there is a reason he was chosen to succeed over his brother.

Politics / Re: Obasanjo: "Buhari’s Refusal To Sign African Trade Treaty Disappointing" by Abuude: 8:13pm On Mar 28, 2018
Enice:
did you read where it was written that NLC and MAN are oppose to the treaty? I think they oppose it for a reason. Stop this silly act of spewing rubbish on the net without getting all the facts just because you hate the President.
I never indicated I hate president buhari as an individual, I honestly think he has good intentions for NIgeria but the functional effectiveness of this govt is nt good enough. Objections by NLC nd MAN are circumstances of our lack of preparation .I don't see any reason why NIgeria should not be adequately prepared. Let nt forget intra African trade only accounts for a low percentage of our GDP. We have spent more money than most African countries on infrastructure yet value addition in our manufacturing industry is hindered by poor infrastructure, low energy output and poor development of human capital. The govt should take responsibility for our lack of preparation. Were is the so called diversification of the economy . Open ur eyes nd stop making excuses. NIgeria is being left behind by other African Nations.

As usual people are only looking at the challenges not solutions. Automatically with the human resources available in Nigeria's manufacturing industries, most of this internal issues would be resolved.

There is also the one belt, one road initiative which China has introduced to several African countries I. e Kenya. South Africa. Rwanda, Angola. This is designed to encourage infrastructural development within Africa to effectively trade with Asia through Mongolia, Russia, Afghanistan and several other countries. As usual NIgeria has great potentials but poor leadership.
Politics / Re: Obasanjo: "Buhari’s Refusal To Sign African Trade Treaty Disappointing" by Abuude: 1:20pm On Mar 28, 2018
I think it's disappointing to know dat president buhari line of thinking is still very limited. Free trade agreement which NIgeria was essential to its development is specifically created to encourage Africa's self sustainability economically, socially and politically. In my view it would help curb a lot of challenges I. e poverty, limited education, migration issues, cultural and language barriers. With all this in mind president buhari has had sufficient time since it was first suggested 3yrs ago to handle internal challenges, it is clear the oligarch in Nigeria who want to exclusively maintain economic opportunities within Africa and reduce such opportunities to the average Nigerians have influenced President Buhari position on the issue.
