In the Summer of 2008, myself and my colleges took the same stance against our employer who had been owing us months salaries after failed promises. (2). Never join colleagues to kick against the management (personalise your solution to the problem by either fixing or running).
(3) Your colleagues at work are not your friends but colleagues, never trust them.
