Tithe and offerings are different.
You do not and cannot dictate the use of Tithe, its strictly for God and must be brought to the house of God and its Tenth(1/10)--Malachi 3: 8-12
Offering :- Is not specific could be anything you can give out to help your neighbour, money, cloth,food etc as God directs or lay it on your heart.
So you cannot mix Tithe and offering together or say they are one and same thing .NO please.
