@ lordimpaq my request is similar to that of yours. I need any ware (soft and hard) that can measure the bandwith I am being supplied by my ISP. I want to be sure d ISP is giving me what I'm paying for. all the ones I have only measure the bandwidth of the machine on which they are installed. I want to know the bandwidth of the whole network. There are other issues that could slow down your machine apart from viruses. Try any of these: 1. Defragment your drive. 2. Scan and check your disk. 3. Remove unwanted programs on your machine. 4. Clear your machine of all cookies, temporary internet files e.t.c once in a while. They may enhance your performance. |

Sorry, I've experienced the same before. It's caused by a virus. I had to re-instal my XP before I corrected it but maybe a good anti-virus will do the job. All the best |
