I think its high time govt. Do something about dolphin estate... Looking at it from the link bridge to Osborne road one can see how old and dirty this estate is ,this show that it needed more attention .....good parks are been built around it for people to relax but I think the estate itself need more care...this is just one....we don't pray for more pls... |
