USA immigration is too easy, too risky and detrimental to the society.

What the heck, anyone can simply stroll across the border and claim asylum and get thousands of dollars in welfare benefits...that is LITERALLY happening and has been happening for YEARS. Any children born on US soil by that illegal migrant is automatically a USA citizen. The whole thing is either suicidal or some people have a long term plan to destroy this country.

No one gets into the US and obtains GC within six months. As for work visa (excluding marriage), it takes at least six years from H1B to GC. An L1 visa gets at least four years. EB-1/2 visas take at least two to three years.

To get her Nigerian Permit, she needs to meet up with the following criteria's

1) She needs to write WASSCE and have nothing less than a B2 in English Language.

2) She also needs to learn Pidgin English and speak it fluently becos she would be tested on it on the day of her Nigerian Visa interview.

3) She needs have POF of nothing less than N500M in her account. We don't want foreign beggars roaming the streets of Nigeria.

Note: he hasn't submitted any English language proficiency test before for any visa application

Answer : If the DBS is still within 3 months of issuance some employers will use that, however regardless of that some employers will like to run a new DBS checks.
