Who cares- just make sure you put that in, when you get into prison

Heh,heh heh  grin grin  funny.

actually it is somehow a fundamental quote. Don’t get me wrong, I respect all Nigerians I think all tribes contribute and detract or would do if given opportunity. It is just that, if all Nigerians started declaring their ethnicity instead of Nigeria on forms pretty soon those who bash Nigeria because of criminality won’t have a leg to stand on. So what might have started as a sort of sulking spite might end up defeating the cause for which it began. A bit like being hoist by your own petard.

Vivid gate

I can see quite a number of people who still believe in this country called Nigeria.

In one sentence  NIGERIA IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

I love NIgeria

Don’t be despondent.

There are millions of Nigerians that love Nigeria, are proud of Nigeria and will work to improve thing, fates willing. Forums like these are just payback time for folks too intimidated to confront Nigerians face to face in the real world.  Sites like these would never exist in China, most of the developing world or even permitted to carry on unchecked if it bashed America or Britain in the same way.

creat a site like this and bash America or Britain and see how fast your internet providers pulls you offline. You’d have to keep using proxies to stay online.

I just can't take it any more',  Gaddafi's translator 'collapsed with exhaustion' during his UN rant

Colonel Gaddafi's bizarre rant at the UN was met with yawns and disbelief by delegates.

But it was too much for the eccentric Libyan leader's translator who is said to have collapsed with exhaustion during the lengthy diatribe.

The beleaguered interpreter cried 'I just can’t take it any more,' into a live microphone in Arabic after 75 minutes of Gaddafi's ramblings.

He was replaced by the UN’s Arabic section chief, Rasha Ajalyaqeen, who translated the final 20 minutes of the speech.

You gotta be desperate to take this golllo seriously. grin grin

Once Nigeria and the attitude of its people are gone, the black world will be enslaved in spirit. Nigeria and Nigerians are despised around the world because they dare to be strong black people and not slavish and coonish.

The list below names the types, in whichever nation they may reside, that are threatened by Nigeria and despise Nigerians consequently.

Coons
Mixed raced individuals
Gays
Foreign profiteers
Akaters
Racists

Nobody should support these filthy vermin criminals. As a UK tax payer I do not want to support them in our prison system, why should we?

Let them go and rot in a stinking Nigerian jail and let there families rally around them like flies around faeces

You should be more concerned about the stink and flies infesting your British houses of parliament right now

Typical Akater mentality, drunk on hormone and pus-infested Mc D and Kentucky they come here to call our elders pot-bellied.  We most always give our elders their due respect. Charge them with corruption when you find evidence but treat and speak of them with respect. Western morality is the beginning of all failures in Africa.

As for MEND, the more of this sort of act they commit, most likely at the backing of foreigners, the more sympathetic Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab becomes. If this sort of thing continues, in time many more Nigerians will view  Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab with a little more sympathy.
Sports / Re: Formula 1 GrandPrix 2010. The Official Thread by alias64: 10:27am On Mar 12, 2010
They keep tinkering with F1 in order to generate more interest since races have become predictable and processional. Unfortunately, the measures introduced are gradually killing the sport. For me, one of the more interesting aspects of the sport was the technological innovations brought to bear on performance of cars by teams. I liked, for instance, that cars became yearly faster. It did not mater to me that the richer teams with the finances and the technological advantages dominated. As far as I was concerned, teams became dominant because of the work and innovations they put in and not because they came in to F1 already rich and powerful. The various technological sanctions since introduced to the sport have more to do with equalizing the teams than for safety of drivers due to ever-increasing speeds. Yet there is one very simple way that F1 could generate more spectator excitement and interest in the sport without curtailing technological innovations and creativity. Ironically, the way to do this is for F1 people to fight against their current urges to interfere artificially. They should remove all the current restrictions on technological advantages and introduce just one thing. The thing formula 1 should do is this: F1 should remove the insistence put on back-markers to move out of the way so that front-runners can go past. In fact, F1 should penalise teams whose drivers move aside to let faster cars go past. If you think about it, it is unnatural for competitors, even those with little hope, to assist fellow competitors. I believe F1 only has to do this to change the complex of races and make them more competitive, intriguing and exciting.
Politics / Re: Plateau Massacre : Police arrest 377 suspects, prosecute 162 by alias64: 9:26am On Mar 12, 2010
Thanks lanre_s .

We must all work together and fight for one another. After all, we are human beings. Which one of us would see another suffering in the gutter and, if we had the ability, would not extend a helping hand. Like those Nigerian women protesting and threatening to take this to the Hague, the people of Nigeria have to start organising more protests. When they do, we have to care what they do and show solidarity with them if we can because all are our people wherever in Nigeria. Those who use ethnicity are trying to deprive us all of our human rights. They do not want us to see the suffering of our fellow human beings; they only want us to take for an enemy the man reaching out to us for help so that we should step over him and by so doing ferment hatred instead of gratitude and unity.

Sorry, but I question the motive of the poster of these pictures. To be frank I cannot see the purpose for this except to dehumanise us, brainwash the world and young Nigerian minds that we are yet another set of barbaric Africans. Nigerians are overall good people, they abhor violence which is one of the reasons why some misguided bloodthirsty people have come on this board and called us cowards for not going to war. I think it is also a disgraceful practice to post pictures of people in their unclothed/vulnerable undignified state without their permission or the permission of their relatives. It smacks of arrogance and imperialism to think that they are primitive people without sophistication or natural human rights and we can show them to the world without care.

Romance / Re: Is Being Fat Hot? by alias64: 6:08pm On Mar 11, 2010
No Nigerians don’t find fat people attractive. They like sveltish women with football-butt. If you fall for all that black men like fat women lies you will be disappointed in Nigeria. They will rib you if you’re fat. I mean the’ll use you if you give them a chance. There is one thing though; middle aged and oldish men go for thick to fattish women. However I think this has a lot to do with respectability as much as anything else. I recon these middle and oldish men like curvy slimish women with football butt as much as anybody else unfortunately they would look foolish next to such, since slimish women have the unspoken reputation of being on the market for husbands, partying or being young.

It’s all to do with racism. I have stated repeatedly that while it might suit some Nigerians and Africans, for political and other miscellaneous reasons, to have Nigeria criticized, there is a fine line to tread. Nigerians who are  always cussing themselves and allowing others to do so, in the name of what we call truth, as if there is any such thing as "the truth", most always remember that we’re black people. Hollywood and the white media are always looking for the next Black bogyman. Before us Nigerians, there were the African Americans, Run away slaves, Haitian, Jamaicans, Cubans all played the part of that outwardly seething black mass of threat that provide the thrilling yet scary nightmare which the dainty white woman, in her bed, deliciously  shivers at the thought of.

On a lighter note, I suppose villainy is sexier than goody-2-shoes from a media perspective but Nigeria is far too complex a country to contract into such a small niche.
Sports / Re: Shehata Opens Talks With Nigeria by alias64: 4:59pm On Feb 20, 2010
The NFA should put up cash for Hassan Shehata even above Guus Hiddink. Conversely, the man should take the Nigeria job; his wife should nag him to do so if he drags his feet. There will be something in the marriage between him and the eagles if he takes the job. A sense of fate, perhaps, written all over it - something of a legendary world cup tale in the making.
