Was it explicitly stated in your CAS or a letter that your scholarship covers your school fees and the maintenance money?
If yes then your calculation is right and you can go for AR.
Yes, in my CAS document and offer letter: School fees paid. Maintenance bursary award of £6000.
My main issue is that the Tier 4 document and paragraph 245ZY of immigration rules talks about max. accommodation fees amounting to £1265, but my school is actually paying maintenance fees .
Sorry if this sounds dumb, but can you please shed some light on the difference between accommodation, maintenance & living costs?
I applied for a Tier 4 visa and just got a refusal notice yesterday. The summary of the reason is as follows:
1. I'm expected to show evidence of £9135 for maintenance fees.
2. My sponsor (university) offered me a full scholarship for tuition and maintenance bursery of £6000 per annum.
3. According to the new UKVI rule, "... the maximum amount that can be deducted from maintenance fee requirement is £1265, even if I have paid more than £1265 for accommodation. Hence I must show I have £7870".
4. My mistake: I gave evidence of having just above £3135 (9135 - 6000) as my account balance in my application because:
5. I thought the above regulation (in 3) applied only to accommodation fees and not when maintenance bursary is being provided by the sponsor.
6. I have an option for an administrative review and have been advised (by someone) to pay in the remaining money into my account ASAP first.
7. I have informed my school but because of the Easter break will have to wait till Tuesday b4 anything is done about it.
I have been going through the AR guidance & I have some questions.
Questions:
1. I would like to ask your opinion about this matter and how you think I can present my case.
2. Since the money I would pay in will not be in the account up to 28 days b4 the review, do you think it will count against me?
3. Will the source of the money of such bulk payment be questioned?
I would appreciate your reply. Apologies for the epistle. Thanks.
It's a scam. You end up having about £75 being withdrwan from your account monthly for up to a year (sometimes more) to pay the full cost of the phone. This is part of the hidden terms & conditions you sign up to when you partake in such seemingly cheap offers.
Not really. After my test quote comment of you got hidden, I was also prevented from Liking comments, Quoting anyone else, and even commenting. For 48 hours.
I just mailed the mods a few minutes ago, and now I can comment again.
... Someone comes online and spews ABSOLUTE THRASH because he has access to the internet. A person can actually lose IQs by arguing with such a person...
LOL! 5mins... You no go finish person with laugh. A beg when you go continue that your zombie story?
... In fact, i doubt it can even be seen sef. Methinks it's just a series of calculations. The way you would simulate a ball flying in the air. You don't have to see it, but with the right formulas, you can know anything about it.
Also, the Bernoulli and navier-stokes equations which simulate fluids . . . without creating visuals for it.
Thanks to CFD, today we can 'see' Bernoulli and N-S at work. Like johnydon rightly said, we'll get there someday.
tk4rd: Integrity Party.?? Please what is PIB.?? and why are you "lolling".?? @alizenbohr
Petroleum Industry Bill; (in summary) a legal framework to regulate exploitation and management of oil & gas resources in Nigeria, yet to be passed by the Senate.
What do you mean? What's wrong with asking her to seek proper medical help for her baby's health issues?
Or you think it's better for people (most of whom aren't qualified doctors / health practitioners) to dish out advice on health? Even qualified medics won't do that either without first observing the patient and having some information on the patient's medical history / background.
Now look at this advice for example:
And the response from a concerned poster:
So what happens if @OP just accepts any advice given to her on the "go" because people like you have an aversion to hospitals and would rather she accepts any advice given to her on a faceless forum?
Mind you, I'm not blaming babythugh (scary name though) for his/her post simply because he/she doesn't have any background information on @OP's baby's medical history.
People asking the @OP to go to the hospital are simply doing the right thing. It's the most obvious course of action she ought to have taken without being told to, in the first place.
Some people will want food served them, and also want you to spoon feed them. DivineU has said all you need. Meanwhile, don't have any problem with those who just went quiet, it was necessary. I will quote one of the personnel. "WE 'VE BEEN FOLLOWING YOU GUYS UP ON NAIRALAND. WE ARE PARTICULARLY IMPRESSED WITH SOME THAT CHOSE TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF THIS EXERCISE. FOR YOUR SAKE, WE SUGGEST, EVERYTHING STAYS HERE.....WE ARE ALREADY IN, YOU ARE THE ONES THAT WANT IN.....IF YOU JEOPARDIZE THE EXERCISE BY RAISING THE BAR, IT'S YOUR FAULT"
You can't get that and start ratting the details here. As for the non-sensitive parts, 1. Transport will be paid irrespective of wherever you are coming from, only present your tickets if you flew at all. Not immediately anyway. . . .
MalcoImX: They said it was on Channels, but nothing like that on their website and YouTube link. So, who manufactured this? Remember, before the elections there were doctored videos showing Buhari urging his followers to go and kill non-Muslums. How is this any different?
