This is were for most people it's a no go area.

Since you know who you want to target.
You know what they are asking for and their challenges.
Your research should proffer solutions to their problems.

The Next question to ask is :

Where will be my sales platform. Where will I sell to them or offer this service?

If it's another platform outside your main chosen platform, then you will need to give them something to attract them to your sales platform.

What you will give them is called a lead magnet or ethical bride,

A lead magnet is what you give in exchange for something valuable like their emails, phone number etc.

If I want to sell directly on Facebook, I can create a digital products once they pay I will send it to them. Or if it's a service once they pay, i will add them to the platform where I will be doing the training. Either WhatsApp , telegram, close Facebook group, messenger, emails etc..

For me : I want to root them to my WhatsApp so I can :
1. Add value through my status
2. It's easier to train them they :

I will use link creator to create a special link then when they send me the message i will tell them to save my number, I will save theirs and give them the book, video or audio or the link to download it.
So because you want to use WhatsApp as my sales/training platform and Facebook as your awareness platform, you will need a lead magnet to attract them to your WhatsApp.

From the solution to the problems gotten from the research. You will create a lead magnet like a mini ebook( using wps, or canva.com), create an ebook cover using mockup.com, if it's audio I can use wavepad for android or audacity for pc. Video I can record my screen using X recorder for android and bandicam, OBS studio etc for pc.

Your lead magnet should be a 1000 page ebook, because no body will read it.

It can be a cheat sheet, report, white paper etc It can be from 5 to 10 pages. That will be OK provided its concise, and valuable to your audience.

3 kind of research :

1.Niche research ; What niche do you want be seen as an authority.? What niche are you passionate about that you can Monetize in the short run or long run?

The 3 most profitable niche I advice is Finance, Relationship and Health. Others are relevant lets just work with this 3 for the sake of this article.

Please leave that passion that will not produce money for now.. Make them your hobby and focus on the one that will give you money first, then others can come in.

2. What Problem do people face in that niche? : Money is the reward for problem solved. What are their challenges? What questions are they usually asking search engines?
You can search for it in Google or better still use Buzzsumo to know the keywords or phrase that people in your niche are asking. So you know how to provide and research on the solution.

The questions my targeted audience will be asking is :
1. How do I make money online?
2. How do I sell my products online?
3. What profitable digital skill can I learn.? Etc

3. Who do I want to reach out to? Frustration comes when you try to sell to everyone. Are they both male or females or only male.?
Some question you should here are :

1. What are their budget? You can't sell a 5k product or offer that service to an 100 level student.

2. Where do they stay? Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, PInterest etc
3. Who do they currently buy from?
4. Who are they following?

Hahhahaha.. It's some how true.

Anyone can create a product. That is not the hard part. The hard part is selling the product.

Having seen the chagrin and frustration most times that befall many that has products and service but settle for Less because what is most needed in any business is not the fun part but the selling part.

Sometimes it seems as if the school is a new planet to some and we student wants to explore every stars and galaxy in it.

We come into school with the same mindset we brought from home and expect everything to be better. Except you were better before you entered into the higher institution.

It's not enough to know what to do, you must do what you know.

Don't just start studying without understanding what I am about to share.

One of the reasons why freshers or even old student will fail is :

1. NOT KNOWING YOUR LECTURER :

I had a friend called Emma in school then. Part of the reasons why Emmanuel could not understand why I was always excessing in my academics and as part of the best student in my departmen, though we study together, we attend night class together was because I took out time to understand my lecturer.

Part of what i teach and train student to observe is not just to start reading to pass their exam but to first know the lecturer of that course.

Some lectures loves it when you give them "word for word"

Some expect you to go get them based on what you understand in that course.

Some lecturer wants your separate ideas.

So when you study and you know what to write, you will find out that you still failed the course because you fail to know what the lecturer want, not just what you know.

That's why you must always be in class, the idea of let's Jack the book no matter what, we must study all through in other to pass is not always ideal when you don't understand your lecturer.

☄Go to school,
☄Attend class
☄ know what the lecturer wants
☄ study their course, understand it and give him/her want they want.

Then you will pass their course.

Cramming is amassing of large information usually for a short period of time.

The most effective way to cramme is to understand what you are cramming. Everyone crams in one way or the other but if not understood ,then you can't recollect the information.

Crammed words are usually stored as a short term memory. It takes repetition to move it to become a long term memory.

1. First is to know what the distraction is. Write it down. The first step to conquer any challenge is to know the challenge.

2. After you have written it down, brainstorm on the solutions and start to work on the solution.

For example they were I was distracted, and I sit down to know what is the chief distrator and I found out it was my smartphone.

So I set the solution, by so so time, either I off the phone, or silence the phone I must not pick any calls when I am about to study in other to avoid the distractions that it's brings until I am done with what I want to do.

If I didn't hit that daily goal then, I can't operate or receive any call.

So I distract the distraction my replacing it with something interesting.

You must discipline your undiscipline.

If the distractions is beyond the social cultural atmosphere then I should know, so as to give a more vivid answer. Thanks

How fast can you remember?

Some brains are experiencing quick ejaculation when it come to knowledge. The most derogatory thing that can happen to student is to read and before you use the information you have forgotten them.

They are laws that converns how to build a retentive memories. I thought I was not gifted like every other students and that reading, assimilating and having information stored in my brains was not my stuff especially when a song of failure was orchestrated by my teacher and echoed by the student for me.

But the truth is gifted brains are not gifted they are used brains. They are exceptions!

Are you using your brain or still whiching you are that gifted guy or lady.

Memorization occurs in the brains after the process of
1. Registration
2 storage
3 recollection.

The number1 law I will share with you is :
1. The law of interest and concentration :
According to Dale Carnegie "the first mandate of memory is this : get a deep, vivid and lasting "impression" of the things, you wish to retain and to do that you must concentrate.

Students or anyone don't remember what was taught by their lecturer because of lack of interest.

You can't have a gross concentration if you don't have interest. You only concentrate most times on what you are interested in.

I was sharing with some students the week in a polytechnic, while I was still speaking most of the student were asking that whenever they want to read they fell dizzy and what might be the problem.?

Part of the problems I outlined amidst others is cause by lack of interest among other factors that I cant say in this article. Why will you stay up late to watch movies, ?because that is what you are interested in.
But they is a way to trick your heart! :DYou can trick you mind. Yes! I shared it with them.

Have you wondered the same mind that is weak to read, and shows lack of interest immediately you are told next week is exam, the mind will step up to cover more than 4 pages of book in one night?. You can make you mind always assume that state by tricking your mind. I can show you how!

Some people can remember stories of what they have read for most times more than 6 months and some guys can remember the name of their club player let say Arsenal since 1994. Ask the one that have all the facts concerning Arsenal most times about the novel he read since last year he will not be able to answer because his interest is elsewhere while for others the opposite is true.

Informations that interest us are stored as either short term or long term memory depends in your level of interest, emotions, concentration attached to the information or event.
