Get a letter of administration from a probate court. One could be found in your local govt of origin's administrative headquarters. Ask the probate registrar to give you certificate of administration in case of where there is no will left and you are the next of kin.

It does not end there.
The account need not be closed because every other business the deceased person had before death will still require that account to function. For eg. If the deceased person had property or stake or shares in any company, that account is the only one that will enable you to continue to draw on dividend sent from those company. The bank after processing it already sees you as the Administrator of that account who former owner is deceased and you being the next of kin has authorisation thro. the probate certificate to manage that account and do as you wish.

If your relatives name is John and yours is Peter. The banks new probate account will read viz.
Acc. of John decd. admo. Peter.
the signature of this account will authoaticaly be yours even though your deceased relatives name still appears.

A bank with close to 120 billion US
dollars in investors capital was
foreclosed not because it had no
money before its universal banking
license was granted to it;
The bank was foreclosed because
the managers and directors as at
june 2008 ran out of ideas on where
and when to invest shareholders
and depositors money.
In a nutshell, if I give you a million
naira and you had no ideas or enough
information on where to invest the
money, it will before you get the
right infos reduce to about 400
thousand or 400 naira only.
This is the single reason people go
to school to acquire knowled before
venturing or working. Its a natural
demand.
This is the single reason financial
institutions will ask you to bring
investment propositions before
they can lend you their money.
They simply need to make sure you
still knew what you wanted to do
with their money before you
approached them or got it.

having a reliable information at your disposal can fetch you any amount you want but having certain amount of money can not always get you the information you need... ask iraq, libya, iran etc, oil rich nations that despisately needed one more thing or info their moneies could not get them.

you need no money atal to start! all you need is the right info. and patience. because the info or ideas you re laden with includes how to get the money you need...
like someone said earlier, you can sell an insider info. you have regarding a certain major move of a companies stock and make money therefrom no matter how little in that same company or deal. some peoples problem is simply greed. you want to walk out of your mothers womb and the next day be a made billioniare.

In Achebe's book the trouble with Nigeria he ridicled a certain minister of the 2nd republic from the northern part of Nigeria and Obasonjo for lacking in Intellectual Rigor and errornously beleiving that Nigeria as State can buy or acquire Science and Technology ones she has enough money flowing from sale of Oil.

Achebe reminded them that the knowledge of Science and Technology is not the sort of chattel that could be acquired with cash.
It must come thro. discipline, patience, dedication and hardworking, emphasis mine.

Business / The Deceased Estate Administration (I) How To Recover The Wealth Your.. by amec(m): 1:00pm On Mar 30, 2012
Its heart breaking to see what Registrars make investors' relatives go through before giving them access to their property.

As a broker who specialised in this type of headache I have witnessed a lot of shoddy dealings against investors who approach registrars with kids gloves about these things.

The year was 2005, the family of Wiggo Obodo from enugu state was ment by the then Nigerian Breweries Registrars opp. 1st Registrars Abebe village Iganmu to pass through hell for five years travelling from east to lagos just for this matter to be settled so that widow and son could lay hands on whealt late father built while alive.

All efforts, entriethies and document presented by this two administrators fell to deaf ears at the Nigerian Breweries Registrars untill my company stepped in.

It took me another 9 months to refile and recover all monies to the estate account opened for this purpose.

Somebody may argue that such excessive bureaucracy is needful to forestall frauds but by 2007 , thats two years later the nigeria breweries registrars cups filled to the brim and the rest of them is now history.

The Union Registrars has come to surpass them in this wickedness.
The public never knew how come their parent companies truely come to raise 25billion Naira within six months of Soludo's deadline. Well we know and this is the single reason they don't fly the 'we are being careful to forestall fraud kite'

Ever heard of OPM before?
Well Nigerian companies pray for their investors death and perhaps that their relatives ignorantly approach them without the help of a knowledgeable broker who specialises in Deceased Estate Administration facilitation.

He just got it too late that what the south needed was a little time to consolidate power.

He has just lately come to his senses that the promise by gej to leave after four years was a mere political talk.

So he is now crying.

The north must be prepared to pay a 100 billion quintillion british pounds as reparations to all oil money stolen from south eastern nigeria before we ll permit them to join chad and niger people who truthfully are brothers to them than any other person in nigeria.

he was around 30 yrs judging from his looks but because his delusional senses tells him he is an afro chief, like an attraitic patient, therefore he must carry some wooden stick in hand to US.

notice he is wiskered around his mouth area?
but rather than achieve the world power bluff, all he got was to shine his wisckered lips with some surgery(oibo witchcraft)

you carry and hide many african shame under that.
its the corrupt gab of africans. you know the way you rap the smelly loiloi in a clean nylon.

its the skewed false pride of a fool who is used to enjoying what he never suffered to build.

as as the oil finishes in the east or now they call it southeast or southsouth the agada thing will disappear with nigeria.
this is a prophesy.

you see in nigeria, we are wiser than the indians, the brassilians, the japanese, chinese, egyptians, south africans, the russians etc.

they claim they want to break from political colonial mentality but dressing like the arabs in a flowing froprey is better a religous colo mentality which will lead thieves to heaven.

when you did not attend to a university anywhere in nigeria, not mentioning your parents having the dough to put you in oxford, and somehow you managed as designed by tribal schemings or they call it luck,to see yourself in the mantle of nigerian power, you can use the agada/asian curtains to cover the rest of your shame.

Politics / Re: Awolowo's Biafra Speech Explained by amec(m): 7:07pm On Mar 27, 2012
Awo was imprisoned in Calabar. He was still in jail when war broke out, something he must have been praying for just like any other human must have.

who imprisoned awo in the first place?

Zik and belewa, president and prime minister did.

Therefore there was a grudge to settle but mainly against his arch enemy Zik the Ibo president of nigeria then.

now ojukwu was young, naive, and inexperienced in the tribalistic rofo-rofo of nigeria politics then.

in his naivety and desperation to make friends for biafra he mistakenly released an old reptilic enemy of his tribe.

with chains in hands and legs, shaven head and dirty kirky prison uniform with eyes sunken as a result of hunger during incarceration the old snake with sweet promises to continue his fight against the federal injustices he observed in the contraption called nigeria, awo promised ojukwu that his first act to show appreciation (to his naivety) was to declare oduduwa republic.

ojukwu hastily despatched some teams to go and liberate the mid westerners seeing western nigeria a sure thing.

it was at ore that awo sent some elderly yorubers to lay courses on banjo and his generations to come if he did not abandon that his stupid campain that would have caused the old snake his ambition to rule nigeria even for one hour.

v. banjo abandoned his campain like every other humble yoruba boy taking orders from an elder snake. his reasons where unmilitary-like, he was found guilty of... and the rest of him is now history.

rather than declare od. republic and give eternal pride and respect to the yorubas from their brother ibos the "unselfish" baba prefered the position of war-time prime minister, or everything minister, including deputy military junta just to get revenge on one man, zik his incarcerator.

imagin how happy he would have felt then learning that tafawa belewa is dead in ziks brothers hands.

zik too is fled. leaving nigeria all for him and the small ojukwu thinks baba would be interested in a little od. republic rather than the big apple.
ojukwu was simply a kid and naive too about nigerian rofo. politics.

my dear primary school historian, your curricula in primary school is not enough to guarantee a squeed commentary here. get some higher education, you then can appreciate what is called
'the vindication of history'.

those you see as psychophants today during the sixties really were thinking the way you do today, but now they seem to have grasped the truth in ojukwu's madness back then.

they, haven seen the sham that the giant of black race has become, simply are regretting their roles back then ok.

they ve seen the deception that nigeria is. a mere contraption!

they are pointing you,
to a fact.

weather you like it or not 'that history will soon be revisited'; and i guess thats the very reason you are worried and call them psychophants.

they just suddenly realised 'afterall ojukwu was right'.
this is what you re seeing now.
nigeria and indeed the black race will never rise untill the 'aburi' accord is fully implemented.

i remember some northern suckers like ibb, telling us way back 88, to continue looking or matching forward like zombies.
but if you have a hindsight of truthfulness, you ll agree that the call for sovereign national conference has never abated an inch.

today, the call is still louder almost like it were when abacha stole abiola's mandate.

pdp is just postponing the evil day.

what do you think nigerian want out of thier call for snc?

they want the center to become weak.
they want every state in nigeria to be viable and responsible for its resources and then pay tax to the center.
they want some genuine federalism.
they want qualified persons to be incharge of things based on merit not quota system.
they want every man and states in nigeria to be able to develope at their own pace not parasiting on others. get THIS!

its the warp and woof of Aburi Accord.

september 2008 banks failed as a result of their exposure to the ailing US market or economy.
to save these banks from credit crunch soludo opened a window for them.
a window which allowed the nigerian banks to take over the foreign exchange market dominated by housas.
in fact the window stopped black market foreign exchange dealing in nigeria.
aboki black market dealers cried out.
yaradua came in.
pulled sanusi from one of the counters in fbn and placed him as govna cbn.
one of his first moves was to restore the black market foreign exchange dealing.
he coarsed these banks to a corner by exposing their hidden losts in the global melt down.
he did not, like ben benanke of the US federal reserve, bail them out without disgrace.
he hounded mrs ibru, akinbola and co into oblivion simply because the nigerian financial market then was dominated by southerners.
infact without the approval of these banks owners. (share holders) sanusi sold their companies to his cronies and dumb nigerians hailed him.
this tribal jingoist has again proven to us that he has one agenda.
the return of nigeria to square pegs in round holes.
Politics / Re: Ohanaeze Queries Cbn’s N100m Donation To Boko Haram Victims by amec(m): 10:12pm On Feb 12, 2012
that 100million was just the one stolen today.
what of all the days that this aboki has been in cbn.
multiply 100million into the remaining hundreds of days this nama will be in office.
how much did obj allow soludo to donate to victims of mend.

but this punk prints and appropriates this money remember. he prints billions and like abacha hide some under his bed, pillow, holes in his house, underground bunkers, attics, in different currencies of the world. who checks. gej?
does that one know how to accuse someone of fraudulent acts.
does sanusi have an account in any bank in nigeria. how much is salary per annume?
was this donation part of 2012 fiscal appropriation?
i am tired inshort

you make noise to attract customers attention. noise from mosque or church is nothing but an advertisement effort.
i just wonder if these efforts are truely for god or their pockets.
hell sure they must be stoped.
let government publish the website address on tv, radios as well as in some cable networks, on where concerned citizens could lodge an online complaint against any noise offender.
a sort of 911 for people who are being spamed to death in their homes for god's sake.
