deyplay: Guys I got C1 in 3 modules and a B2 in 1 module which is comprehension ecrite and d score was 412, and my simulation shows I didn't get the extra 50 points cos probably I need a higher B2 mark.. So I think d B2 talked about should be emphasised to be a high B2. It sucks |

Guys please, sth is confusing me on this pof, I have read the whole 1st page BTW. Some people are saying I can build the account within the last six months of my application and it will show at the end of the period, my account balance which should be over 5m for single applicant.. Then another opinion is that the money must have been in the account prior to the start of the 6 months, then I can then go ahead to draft a bank letter stating at the beginning of the last 6 months, my account has balance of over the 5m and at the end, I still maintained at least the minimum of said balance... Guys which is valid? So if I plan to collect ita by July, before January, I should have had that minimum balance or can I go ahead and build the account within the last 6 months and show the minimum net balance at the end of June for a July ITA? I hope my question is clear, thanks I'm advance. 1 Like

mymadam: Yes sir, applicable laws I know in my side is power of attorney and land Registration and documentation with the government, this I have done.. My fear is can any of my sibling come out tomorrow to claim ignorance or request for something on the said land... I don't know if the Nigeria constitution or customary still guarantee them any right on the said land.. While I really don't see applicability of this, I don't get why some people will say don't buy land from family member, go outside and deal with a stranger.. I have looked for precedence on this both here on Nairaland, but none.. I need to know what to be wary of.. Was I really foolish? |

Dear friends I acquired a land from my dad and just want to ask a question.. Is there any problem with a son buying a land from his dad and are there technicalities in property law as relates to family that I should be aware of.. A brief background: I live abroad, I was called first by my mom and then dad and then my other siblings about the said land.. The land is in a city and was bought by my dad and he is still alive.. Two of us the sons wanted d land, the other did not accept d price tag... I would have opted to sell the land now cos of the disturbing concerns, but my parents wants one of us his sons to owe their and develop there. Is there greatest desire, d have rejected all enquiries from the rich and mighty to sell them the land.. |
