Ode! It is not GEJ's duty to put people in jail. His duty is to arrest, investigate and prosecute people for corruption. He is not the one to judge them. The judges and the courts do.
GEJ is not a judge. He has shown the political will to fight corruption by going against the oil cabal and charging them to court. We must now focus our attention on our judges to ensure that those charged eventually end up in jail like Bode George

In, short the supreme court of the people of Nigeria has rule that " CONSIDERING THE UNMERITORIOUS APPEAL OF THE APPELLANT, WHICH MY LORDS HAVE EXHAUSTIVELY REVIEWED IT IS OUR MOST HUMBLE OPINION IN THE CIRCUMSTANCE OF THIS CASE AND IT'S EVIDENCE BEFORE US THAT THE APPELANTS CASE LACK MERIT, UNMERITORIOUS AND ABUSE OF COURT PROCESS OF THIS COURT.
WE THEREFORE RULE THAT THE APPELANT TENDER AN OPEN APPOLOGY ON TEN NATIONAL DAILUES TO THE PRESIDENT, THE PDP AND THE PEOPLE OF NIGERIA FOR FALSE ACCUSATION, BRINGING OPROBRIUM TO THE THEIR PARTY AND DECEIVING NIGERIAN PEOPLE WITH A NATIONAL ISSUE AS THIS.

THIS TGE JUDGMENT OF SUPREME COURT OF NIGERIAN, IN THE CASE THE HOUSE Vs JONATHAN, , WHEREIN THE FULL COURT REJECTED THE CONTENTION OF THE APPLICANT THAT THE PRESIDENCY SHOULD AMONG OTHER THINGS:
Give appointment solely to PDP party members,
Return the party members to elective offices without the mandate of the people
That the House should be allowed to perform the function of the Executive in other to deliver projects in their constituencies other than with their Quarterly Allowance which is meant for the upkeep of their constituency than their personal aggrandisement.
Politics / Re: Our Grouse Against Jonathan, By Tambuwal, House Members by ANALIST: 8:48pm On Nov 12, 2012
No proviso of the constitution demands from the president the return of His party members who did not perform while in office. for a renewed mandate is a signal of people's will for administrative continuity which only performance can assure.

What we must ask the House or Tambuwal specicifica is " what are they using 27 million Naira quarterly allowance for their constituency development for?" untill they answer us they should keep all their deceptive tricks on check
Politics / Re: Our Grouse Against Jonathan, By Tambuwal, House Members by ANALIST: 8:40pm On Nov 12, 2012
The House is requesting that the Presidency should keep the technocrats, who knows what to do in governance and appoint, no matter how uninformed PDP members because they are from the party.

No doubt this is one of their contention with the presidency which no right thinking Nigerian, who has not being soaked in the water of corruption, ethnicity, mediocrity and worst of all political greed over National interest and development will ever demand.

Tambuwal and his Coleagues should understand that ther oath of office forbids them to place personal, state or even regional interest and agenda above that of all Nigeria which the House representatives represent and ought to represent.

Let them not fail themselves, and in extention, the Executive, by demanding the practically unpracticable from the Executive. For it is not only that it is unpracticable but undemocratically forbidden; for democracy cannot be a government of the people, by the people and for the people if all the rest of the Citizens who are not members are shutout of active political participation and development simply because of their political party.

In short, my people, the House demand is antithetical to democracy which we all subscribe to as a nationand therefore must be vehemently rejected baby all.
Politics / Re: Our Grouse Against Jonathan, By Tambuwal, House Members by ANALIST: 8:17pm On Nov 12, 2012
The question that Tambuwal and others I his mis-sailing and sinking ship should answer are:

Must the president throw away technocrat for political party members in appointment?
Is it the constitutional role of the president(politically or Federally) to return the members of his party to office when they did not perform to the satisfaction of their electorates?
What is the constitutional role of the president and the House in our political organisation according to the provision of the constitution?
Does the House Members have any fund to deliver their consituency projects which they failed to do blaming same on the Presdency?
Politics / Re: Our Grouse Against Jonathan, By Tambuwal, House Members by ANALIST: 8:05pm On Nov 12, 2012
We must remember then that genuine response of the speaker to the Chairman of PDP is that " the relationship between the House and the Presidency is cordial."

Having said this, my people, it will amount to reprobation for the Hon. Speaker to turn around and make helpless accusation against the president.

First and foremost, we must understand that as a leader per excellence, the Chairman and indeed the NWC of PDP invited them to make a MEDIATORY or Conciliatory intervention to ensure that the party, and in extension the country moves forward in accordance with established political norms and values and not to blame or justify and of the members of the party in their constitutional roles of our political mandate to them.

The. Least we expect as Nigerian and Patriotic Citizens of this great would have being that the Members of PDP in the HOUSE through the pir leader make a cogent, verifiable and resolvable accusation against the President than to resort to politicking as a centripetal of political destabilisation. Which is not good for us as a country entrenching political value.

Only the apolitically ignorant will not discern the greed, non-commitment to democratic values and unwarranted demands that the House of Representative, as the lower Chamber of our National Assembly has confrontational threatens the Presidency which has shown, glaringly too, their ulterior motive which they term " LACK OF PDP MEMBERS AND THEIR MANIFESTO IN THE GEJ administration.

Politics / Re: Doyin Okupe Is A Disgrace To Nigerians - CPC by ANALIST: 7:56pm On Nov 09, 2012
No doubt this issue of BOKO HARAM, SPONSORS, THE PRESIDENCY AND INDEED WHO SHOULD OCCUPY THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT AND THE LATEST MEDIATORY MANDATE GIVEN BY THE BOKO HARAM TO GMB, seems to me the raison d'être of this CPC publication.

It is a welcome development which shows that Nigeria as a people and our political leader have come to the use of the proper tools of political engineering, which the law, media and consultation are the leading armouries.
The issues and questions raised by the CPC are cogent and pertinent to our democracy and country at large. Because they border on our history as a people, our corporate governance and existence.

First and foremost, it established beyond doubt that BOKO HARAM existed before 2007 when the then administration of late president Umaru Musa Yaradua came to power having GEJ as his vice whom the late president chose because of his antecedence in office as deputy governor, then governor of Bayelsa state and his humility to service.

To set the record straight, Ali Modu Sheriff has been the one linked to have recruited some boys in order to win election which later over powered the him and became a challenge to his administration. It is also alledged that he then started to fight the group with the instrumentalities of the police and other law enforcement agencies. Which he never won till date.
The conflagration of the group can be linked therefore to politics, hence it was political struggle for political power that brought them together, got them arms, money, information, modus operandi and strategy to operate with.

But let me say here today, for the sake of all that cares to dig the rock of history that Religious extremists in the North dates back to the19th century when a certain group of Islamic member who were extreme in their beliefs were banished from their former state of origin and settled, in now Yobe state( see Africa and wider world).

Why this is not the issue here, it is brought here to advice the promoters of the view that PDP created Boko haram to change their view and subscribe to the truth which is glaring even to the next century Nigerian, who cares to dig very deep about his/her country's history. The only change seen today is the new nomenclature and masquerading form they now operate under and in.

I humbly agree with CPC, that this country has never seen such mass attack on innocents and religious institutions in Nigeria since the advent of our democracy in 1999, may 29th. But the question should be what prompted such and why has there not been any solution to it?

And of course there is no correlation between the NgerDelta Militant and the Boko Haram whatsoever.

My candid answer to this question is that the demand by an aggressor met, will necessitate more demand if the former is met on inequitable and unjustifiable grounds; because an inequitable demand met makes the aggressor insatiable and must demand insatiably which cannot sustain any country, not at all multi-ethnic Nigeria.

The rumour that " if they rig this election we will make this country ungovernable for them" was not only heared resoundly but the wave of its aftermath necessitated some Southerners to consider returning to their region.

What ever the the then Editor in Chief of Guardian news paper may written as a crusader of good governance and concerned Nigeria should not not be seen as a consideration for his now S.A.P.M.P, in the Presidency-for competence has always been the criteria for such post, like Olusegun Adeniyi in OBJ's administration was.

All the bombings claimed by Boko haram, including the UN house are no doubt a means of sending the message across that they were serious in what they have been demanding- the stepping down of the president because he was not the right candidate either by electrol process or by the mandate of the Nigerian people through the ballot and the confirmation of same by the apex court of Nigeria, the supreme court to that regard. They cared not about what what holds us together- the constitution, says on the resignation or removal or even qualification and assumption of office of the president of the Federal Republic Nigeria.

WHICH UNDER NO CONDITION WILL THE PRESIDENT DO(RESIGNATION), BECAUSE IT IS UNCONSITUTIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE TO NIGERIANS.IT MOST NOTABLY, HAS THE WORST CONSEQUENCE FOR THE UNITY OF THIS COUNTRY; WHICH SECTION ONE OF THE CONSTITUTION FROWNS AT.

If a serving senator through the cordiality that he has with a serving minister could send the minister's phone number to Haram(as established by CPC, my people it won't be a wrong assertion if the president says that the group have infiltrated his government, even though he might have tangible evidence to nail the actual person. For information gotten from a governments cabinet members is dengerous, babarically vital against all of us whom the government rules than coming physical to be identified as a member of the group..

Even though the case of Amechi vs INEC'S is clear about the position of a party and and candidate, there still are some certain things that party members and in deed candidates of a party will do which might not be on the instruction or advise of the party. Therefore i humbly think that, there is no issue within the BOKO HARAM AND THEIR INFILTRATION IN THE GEJ's ADMINISTRATION THAT THE PARTY MAY HAVE SETTLTED, WITHOUT RECOURSE TO NATIONAL INTEREST WHICH HAS HITHERTO BEEN THREATENED.

Thisis because no one can condole anyone who brought any action or omission that engenders the unity of this country, which the Boko Haram is doing, that will not bear the full wrath of the law, unless amnesty is granted by the president just as the Yaradua administration did to the then Militants.

The Azazi's comment during the South-south economic summit, I must say is misquoted, misconstrued and misapplied here to sooth the Author, the CPC. The thenNSA said, uninformly too, if i may paraphrase him, that it was the Internal affairs of the PDP that is behind the actions of the group and not that the party created the group.

The contextual meaning of this comment as the NSA meant it in my humble understanding, if I should read his mind is that the decisions of the party in some certain issues are the reason behind the renewed bombing by the group.

Let's not be diplomatic or shy aware from the first contention between the party stalwarts in the heat of the 2011 election, when the bid to stop GEJ from participating in the primaries and after the strategy to stop him from being sworn in as the substantive president failed. The issue of zoning was the contention and no doubt GEJ was not and could not have being in their good books as Southerner who wants to contest the presidency when there was said to be " a gentle man agreement which could no longer hold water. To state the obvious, even at the spot of the primaries at Eagle square one of the contenders took up the issue again which was not responded to as it was too late to battle over a won battle.

The Henry Okah's testimonial defence has no basis because it was not part of the preliminary defence or testimony file obtained before the court at first hearing of the suit. It is oblivious that the Leader wanted the president to influence his trial as a brother which he( the president) could not have done which led the enemy to use him( Okah) against their enemy( the president) . It's very clear that their strategy is to connect the president with the dastardly act so that all other previous or subsequent attacks by the group will be seen by all as ochastration of the president to blackmail his opponent. But we are wiser than them as Nigerians, knowing that we are not in Syria or Russia where order are given by government to kill its own Citiens.

The last but not the list among the contentions of CPC is a clear indication that the group are using the Elites and the highly placed Northerners to get every necessary information they want and possibly influence some certain things within the administration. (See point seven)

My selfless opinion on this is that, we are all Nigerians; we should as much as natural justice against acrimony shall direct us keep the history undoctored for posterity sake, because doctored history destroys a nation and it's people if uncorrected.

Finally, every Nigerian high or low should be patriotic enough to allow the truth to prevail over their individual or group demands and have the constitution and natural justice as their stone touch in every adventure.
I so and humbly submit.

GOD BLESS THE PATRIOTS
GOD BLESS THE TRUE DEMOCRATS
GOD BLESS NIGERIA AND NIGERIANS.

Only a fool can fall for el'rufai's attention which he has lost completely. The only attention he has now is to join issues where he has no issue. I
I think some call him Mallam? Then I ask is it how mallam behaves? Fo much I no elrufai has in recent times admitted that madam economy knows how to work thing out for Nigeria(talking the privatization policy which they started during OBJ regime, then why is he turning his tongue inside out just because all the political favors he ought to have gotten now, even as a law student of Harvard never came because he is on the other side of the road.

The law suits are still their to show how he governed FCT fraudulently and kill many who could not afford to purchase his allocation.

Now I understand why someone says that the problem Nigerian politicians have is inconsistency in their political ideaology(if they understand what it mean), because they are like fish- when out of water(power) they begin to die.

This is not the true meaning of politicking-which simply put-organizing the society.

For Dino, he has nothing to loose either side, unlike pigs he cannot wash himself off easily of the allegations he made against Minister for Niger Delta Affairs which turn out to blatant falsehood.
Time has come for all Nigerians to look inwards and understand, know and monitor those that are playing to the galarie which elrufai stands as a leader and pioneer.

The youth of this country will never forgive anyone who plays with the future of this country by instigating and inciting Nigerians against their dedicated leaders no matter their hidden agendum is.. There is always a time for reckoning when how much one has earnrned will no longer be the issue but what one stood/ stands for.

Bear in mind people that Nigerians are no more ignorant or uninformed but have risen and are still rising to the challenge of democratic development which is the fundamental of every human and Social development.

The so called elites should understand that they can only hide for while and not forever, because one day they will surely come back, begging, knocking on this doors that they are trying to close-the quest for leadership then we will remind them of their utterances and why they are incompetent to lead us to the right destination.

Dr Ngozi should not be deterred by any rogue that was recalled through ballot in his state or cancaworms that are looking for ears to pour their lies on, but should set a standard of leadership, just like Barth Nnaji did, so that when they leave office everyone will know that they were behind the growth seen their various port folios.

For Dino he should know tat if he had performed legislatively no amount of opposition would have kept him from returning to the green chamber, now running after TV cameras to create buh aha and political unrest than condtructive criticism which democracy cherishes.

Lest I forget, no one need tell us that he is been sponsored, because on one of his appearance on AIT during the fuel subsidy occupy Nigeria, he admitted that Nigerians are calling him on phone to continue the occupation(it is verifiable) when interviewed on Focus Nigeria. Now is opening his mouth wide that will necessitate phone call? No. Just a flip of finger and left hand check to hang out and service his surrogates, he goes beyound the messengers message to appease their agendum.

The best can only come to Nigeria when we start appreciating the little contribution that Nigerians have done to bring this country together and improving the standard of lives. Till the Mallam elrufai will Continue to deceive the uninformed.
We know and have understood their politics: divide and rule, rule by all means, rule by deceiption and imposition which can never ever work for them again.

THE EARLIER THEY REPENT THE BETTER FOR THEM IN THIS BLESSED COUNTRY.

This is on the backdrop of his accusation over the award of unexisting contracts by the Ministry of Niger Delta Affaris. He next been his accusation of what he calls Collabo between the that ministry and Finance, eroding the integrity of NOI of world reputation.

Sincerely unbiased, the only way we can make such decision is to first establish at least two or three political parties that wii be the umbrella for all politicians to seek our mandate(not because it's working in the U.S but it makes way for opposition to overthrow ruling party with the better candidate and programmes) but because if we fail on this, the numerous political parties that we have today and many that are coming before 2015 will not make a good opposition if the ruling party imposes on us through their nominated Godfatheristic primary election a candidate that can't even lead a local government to GOVERN A WHOLE COUNTRY; then have a political debate that will be open and all encompassing; enlighten our Citizens more on why we need the best and not a brother or sister, and on our individual effort to depromote corruption through greed and self-enrichment.

Then demand from the judiciary that "dead case at arrival" is not a judicial pronouncement, but the apex of corruption, judicial bias and subjective judgement which is antithetical to equity, justice and fairness.Because without an independent, reliable and indefageable Judiciary no democratic tenent can lead to any democratic polity where everyone can live equally and equitably.

JEG should not only work because he will plead for our vote come 2015, but because he is our DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED LEADER WHO SHOULD HAVE THE INTEREST OF OUR PEOPLE AT HEART AND NEVER , EVER TO DISAPPOINT.

Yes, no doubt he promised FRESH AIR which in so many areas and means are coming forth. We can't pretend that all is well but we should not divert the attention of any administration from concentrating on developmental issues to electrol process which will be determined by political education and awareness that we have on who is better than the other to deliver come 2015 if we are not satisfied with GEJ.

No amount of legislative action alone can produce a good leader than awareness that the electorates have on the contestants could do; because it is awareness that makes an electorate to reject money for his conscientious decision of whom he/she believes that deliver his mandates if given to.

FOR THIS SINGULAR RESON DEAR, I SUGGEST WE COMMENT MORE ON HOW WE CAN BUILD A COMMUNITY OF POLITICALLY ENLIGHTENED CITIZENS AND STRONG ELECTROL INSTITUTIONS, FINALLY DEMAND THAT OUR JUDICIARY SHOULD DOJUSTICE, FAIR, EQUTY AND JURISPRUDENTIAL JUGDEMENT THAT PUT US AT THE RIGHT FRAME OF DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT.
