Jorussia:
It's obvious d audio is real.Peter Obi was banking on Christian votes and pmb governance failures to win d last presidential
elections.Unfortunately for him,he nv knew that an average yoruba christian outside lagos will always choose tribe, competency ahead of
religion. Tinubu is d only candidate that nv used religion to campaign in d last election. At least 30% of votes for BAT,came from d people
of Christian faith. I don't doubt d ability of BAT
to deliver as president based on his past performance as the governor of Lagos. I am
only concerned about his health.

Just his health?

Have you thought about how he's gonna settle all the tools he used in rigging the election?

I had to beg for money from some people when I couldn't withdraw my last 1k from the atm.

That's the difference between been installed by a godfather or some criminals and by the people. This man would be answerable to the people and would also know that he can be removed the same way he was elected, unlike those who were brought in by dubious means, they'll have to do the bidding of those who aided them

It's actually not new. Bola Tinubu started the IPP in lagos years ago. It was an Independent power project that was done in Lekki I think. Then Fashola continued and commisioned another. It's still in use till now.
They should have just developed more but Ambode kicked against everything Fashola.
Hate him or love him (BAT), I knew what lasgidi was like before 1999 and after, most especially Oshodi, where the roads were so bad, you needed to look for a place where rocks were arranged to cross the road or you enter the mud to cross and then pay some folks to wash your legs. BAT really tried.
If each person that comes into government delivers a major project, we will soon find it hard to get big projects to work on. That is a steady way to development. My own opinion.

The transformation of oshodi was purely a fashola thing. However, Lagos has really enjoyed the stability of being a one party state since 1999, and Tinubu has also done well in coordinating things.

I've developed this mindset that "we're all using ourselves"

If you think you're being smart by paying me less than I deserve, also have it in mind that I'm smart enough to sharply get the knowledge I need from you and move to a better place. At the end, such employers are always on the losing side. Always

Well Spoken Madam Aisha.

Tinubu has been tested and trusted.

Tinubu's victory was ordained by God. He who God bless, anyone envying is only attracting thunder

I'll see how he's gonna feed all his political allies all over the country without y'all being at the receiving end.

These people would suck Nigeria dry and the president won't be able to do anything because he himself is a thief and enabler of corruption. We're heading to another 16 years of unprecedented corruption. God have mercy

I am not sexually active either, at 30yrs. So I am always calm whenever I notice any strange things like this about my body.
My first action is to reduce my food intake and drink a lot of water and everything gets to normal after that.

Name the companies established by people without degrees who are employing PhD holders and I would sell you a bridge.

It is not the fault of anyone you couldn't make it to university so stop hating people with successful educational track records

Haha you're obviously very pained and I don't know why.

If there's any degree to be jealous about, it's gotta be degrees from the Harvards, Cambridges and the likes, not those ones you have.

There are people who outgrown the four walls of schools and there are people who have visions and aspirations and are courageous enough to pursue it.

Again, It's fine if you want to spend your whole life collecting salary and retiring with one car and a bungalow. But there are people who want more in life.

Talking about hating what you don't have..

The black belle don already start sef

The tech world is being controlled and managed by degree holders who interview your type for employment

How exactly do you reason bros?

I graduated 2015 and didn't go for nysc until 2021, and just three weeks ago, I went to pick my certificates from the school.

This is because I've always known what I wanted and how I was gonna get it. I'm one of the most proudest HND holders you'll find around because I've always known that my value isn't tied to a certificate.

People without degrees establish businesses and will employ PhD holders and pay their salaries. Didn't you think of that?

I've got friends with 3rd class back doing great and I've also got friends who got great jobs before graduating.

You can choose your journey however you want it, but not all of us see things the same way please.

Your experience is your biggest away here. And you're not appreciated enough, you simply get a foreign remote job.

The only argument you can give is the issue of tech certifications. That's very key, but university degree? Trash

I've got an HND cert, and I wish to further till I get my doctorate. However, that's gonna be later in the future because I'm in the tech industry where nobody cares what you studied or graduated with. So I'm building my skills for now.

Y'all should shut up and pick a struggle.

This one happens now, then suddenly inec is dancing whatever.

Inec still has power over anyone it brings to Lagos state. So let's all relax and be vigilant.

Am not bothered. CBN has it right to decide when and what is to be issued as legal tender and when to remove it from the economy.

Supreme court has no rights of telling CBN what to do in terms of currency.

Those supporting this are fools. We have been gradually goin through the process and becoming use to it.

Another thing people fail to understand about this regime is the man called Buhari, his decisions before coming in public are irreversible. Look at border closure on rice, Bvas and some other crucial things. This policy has come to stay. If you like die, the short term suffering can not be more than the long term enjoyment this will bring in the future.

Remember what CBN brought up yesterday

What's the long term good of changing naira notes?

Being in Lagos can be likened to traveling abroad. People travel out to hustle there, save vigorously and send their money back home for investment. But many people come to Lagos to hustle, and also want to enjoy Lagos life with their meager income when they could have gathered enough to go elsewhere.

lazynairalander1:
Last week I had an interview for a data analyst teaching job, after series of interview process which includes.
Analyzing data with Excel and BI
Extracting and cleaning data with Python &SQL
Modeling, analyzing and visualization with R.
Though my Python prowess wasn't that good but I was told that what they needed is a data analyst who can handle R very well and I really impressed in that aspect.

I showed my data analysis projects on the above software excluding Python. Then we went to oral interview which led to the salary part. I was asked to name my price.
I told them to give me a breakdown on how many days I will be coming to work because I learnt it will be part time teaching job, the interviewer agreed to mail me my schedule.

I was hoping it will be weekend (like Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday) only for me to realized it will be Mon-Thur (that's not part time, I told the manager or so).
The worst part is that they are willing to pay me 10k/week for the job and I will be paid each week I come to work which means it's only the weeks the students avail themselves that I will teach and be paid.

Those tech pay such ridiculous amount or am just unlucky?
What am I expected to do with 10k weekly?
Transport?
Data?
Food?
Electricity?
What exactly?

I was furious though and I am still furious.

Is this rise network?

I don't blame any lady for ensuring that any man she wants to be with can take care of her. That's as important as any other thing in a relationship.

But not getting to know someone and judging from afar at the first instance seems dumb to me.

I believe wealth can be built and two people can work together to create wealth.

I may not be super rich but I'm certain that I can raise 3-5 million to set up a business for my wife.

I am the last born of my family and most of my other siblings are doing quite well too.

I have a lot of tech skills, have education up to MSc level. What other potential does a girl need except that the girl is naive and ignorant.

Relationship is a means to cash out for them.
And this particular one is just extremely greedy and impatient.

Transportation should be a private business handled by investors. Government in Nigeria has proven to be horrible managers of anything they put their hands to.

They should stop using every opportunity to loot public funds in the excuse of building transport infrastructure that they will never make profits from.

Atiku in 2015 said he was gonna privatize most of these things, but people said he wanted to sell their government properties and their inheritance.
