kad199: The Visa they give him in his Passport is a TRV. Basically what will allow him travel to canada. The study permit is given on arrival after a short interview with the immigration officer. To be on the safe side do not book any flight with 2 stops. You can only travel through europe with one stop except the UK, you will need a transit visa for the UK. And you cant pass through US without a visa. Look at Egypt Air, ethiopian airlines, Quatar, Emirates, Luftansa and KLM. |

Good day guys, I need advice. I already got the study visa and it already started counting since April for a September course. If I wanted to go some months ahead of September to visit family do I get a separate visitors visa? |

tenderjunkie: Yes. I used GCKey because my school recommended it and even though it was so buggy, it worked well-ish for me. 2 Likes |

Republic001: People are still getting responses to their applications. And even if there is a halt in processing due to the strike it will still be the same amount of time if you apply now or after the strike. |

tarmmey: Add pictures of you and your uncle together, to prove you are close, add his birth certificate and passport to prove your uncle is part of your family and who he says he is. Proof he transferred the money to you and in the sponsor letter he states his relationship and dedication to you and your education in Canada that his resources are available for your educational success as his favourite nephew. If a gift deed is needed, I will leave it to the gurus in the house. |

dpresido: I guess you didn't explain to them properly. If you can't convince the school it will be harder to convince IRCC. You should look for a course that focuses more on project management as the specialisation. Project management might only be a small part of the MBA programme you chose. To them, you look over-qualified and they have nothing new to teach you. If its the MBA you want to redo, explain your first MBA was inadequate (with some proof like your academic results) and you want to learn from seasoned professionals. It may be a tough sell but worth a shot. If Project Management is what you want then look for a course that will focus 100% on it. 1 Like |

If there is no group for University of Winnipeg for September 2023, and May group/ our neighbours University of Manitoba don't want to adopt us Let us form a new Whatsapp group. (I would very much like it to be combined with University of Manitoba since we will be living in the same city and our goals are common) |

Ikay3502: If your mom is late, shouldn't the land be in probate so it can be put into the inheritor's name? It might not work if it is not in your name and no chance of a gift deed. |

GloriaBekee: If you started with GCKey you will have to finish with it unless you don't mind starting over again. There might be a platform update going on if it's unusable in a day. If it is persistent for a few days contact them directly. I am not sure if the new portal does study permit. I was advised by my school to use GCkey. |
