Fashion / What Should Men Do To Dress Better? by aprokomag: 10:49am On Aug 31, 2018
http://www.aprokomag.com.ng/2018/08/what-should-men-do-to-dress-better.html
Most men fail to dress with style because they have the wrong approach.
Trying to develop your style based on reading a bunch of blogs? WRONG approach
Trying to dress like people in magazines? WRONG approach
Listening to your mother/girlfriend, or even other guys? WRONG approach
If those methods worked, more guys would dress well.

Unfortunately they don't. And it's a shame.
As a man you need to dress well to convey confidence and power. Dressing like a schlub makes you appear weak to both girls, AND other important people in your life (like bosses).
So what should you do instead?
Drop your comments on what you should do to dress better. We are taking opinion polls comment by following the link http://www.aprokomag.com.ng/2018/08/what-should-men-do-to-dress-better.html

Education / Tips On Mastering Skills by aprokomag: 11:04am On Aug 30, 2018
http://www.aprokomag.com.ng/2018/08/tips-on-mastering-skills.html
Every action of learning starts with your hearts determination. There is no such word as, “I cannot learn”, or “I cannot know it”. With the way every individual have been structured, you can master over a million skills, trade or knowledge. In order words you have the ability and capability to learn anything, but the problem people constantly face is the ability to sustain the interest in whatever they are learning or have learnt. Psychologists advise that, whatever an individual chooses to learn, there must be an interest from the learner, why? This will help fasten the process of learning and ensure that he/she doesn’t give up along the way.
For emphasis, you should understand that, there is nothing that you are incapable of doing, but first, you must learn it, either consciously or unconsciously. Everything starts from the seat of your mind; the mind is receptive only if you allow it. What this means is, you cannot just cut your head open and put all the books and knowledge, then close it back; your eyes, hands, ears and even mouth have a huge role to play alongside with your brain. Survey has shown that people use only very limited of their brain's storage capacity in a life time, whereas the brain is more intelligent than a computer?
There are active factors that should be present if we truly want to use our mind to full capacity, but these are not the limits... Read full article on http://www.aprokomag.com.ng/2018/08/tips-on-mastering-skills.html

Business / Starting Small by aprokomag: 10:14am On Aug 29, 2018
People generally believe that small businesses are a waste of time; some others think they reflect small income or small economy, but this is far from reality. We forget that big economies, business empires, and big time brands all started from a “scratch”. It is foolish to say, “Because I do not have the dream cash to start my dream business, I cannot start anything at all”. One thing we must understand is; opportunities do not wait for you to be fully ready, it only expects that you must be ready when it comes. If an opportunity comes to you when you are not available it simply goes to the next person ready to accept it. The idea of starting small is the same. Starting small does not mean that you will not expand beyond your initial start; it does not mean you are limiting, but it allows you as a start up business man to grow, gain experience, learn the risk involved in every decision or actions you take. Many businesses never pass the dream stage because the dream owners refused to start; they believe that before they can set up anything it should be able to cover a large expanse of demography... All you may just need is an extra step to get into limelight read more on http://www.aprokomag.com.ng/2018/08/starting-small.html

Politics / President Muhammadu Buhari's Anti-corruption Fight by aprokomag: 5:40pm On May 28, 2018
Let's broaden our opinion on what corruption truly means and what it's all about. Corruption has been the most spoken dictionary word in our country Nigeria since 2014. This is not surprising, considering the fact that it also happens to be the favorite word (or perhaps only word) our incumbent president finds comfort in pronouncing.
Follow me as we dissect, pinpoint and bisect the true meaning of corruption, and at the end of the day, liken it to integrity and also the "Mr Integrity" we have in our country Nigeria.
Sometime in 2014, when the then president Jonathan tried to explain to us that "stealing isn't all that corruption is about" we all took it out of context and bashed him for saying "stealing is not corruption" but 3 years down the line, I now have a vivid understanding that of a truth, stealing is only a tiny and insignificant fragment of the word corruption.
I came to this realisation by learning the hard way from this present administration and by studying the character of "Mr integrity". Permit me to say that corruption is perhaps the word with the broadest definition in the dictionary. I say this because all the sins of man can be likened and described as corruption. Now, can anyone of us honestly single out a word from the dictionary that can be used to sum up the numerous sins of man? Believe me, that word has to be corruption. Permit me to outline a few, out of the numerous sins of "Mr integrity " in a bid to expose his lack of integrity and corrupt lifestyle with the hope of at least changing some myopic and sycophantic mindsets who have narrowed down corruption to stealing alone.
A man who lies, is classified and being corrupt and therefore lacks integrity. (Mr integrity, show us your WAEC certificate). Hiring Numerous SANS to defend you when you are suppose to present your WAEC certificate is corruption.
A man who is nepotistic in his appointments is classified as being corrupt and therefore lacks integrity. Mr integrity, show us the men heading all the security apparatus of this country under your administration and lets see if you are really patriotic as you claim.
A man who walks in the counsel of the ungodly, also has in himself ungodliness. (Mr integrity, show us your political allies and let's be the judge. The likes of Rotimi Amaechi, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, David Babachair Lawal and others are your political allies and as matter of fact, they are wines and dines with you.

Crime / Child Abuse: Mary's Ordeal by aprokomag: 1:57pm On Apr 14, 2018
Please note that the name & location of our source have been altered for security reasons.

This is what Mary has to say:
"Hi Aprokomag and readers. I am Mary from the southern part of Nigeria this is my story. From age eight, I lived with my mum and step dad, after my dad travelled out of the country. My step dad would call me to his room whenever my mum was not around and threaten to kill me, if I told anyone what he was doing. Then he will bring tape to seal my mouth, cane, koboko and belt. He would flog my bare skin countless of times without me doing anything to offend him. He was always very excited anytime he flogs me. I'd have bruises all over, whenever my mum asks, he'll say I stole his money, wristwatch or any of his possessions. They will quarrel over beating me, but my step dad will tell her that she is spoiling me. At first he just flogs me. But one certain day, he called me to do the normal ritual, I was already shivering with fear. I wanted to kill myself his eyes was unusually scary, he flogged the hell out of me I was almost dying, then he raped me.

I know you would ask where my mum was? She worked with an agency that allows her to travel for months. I became so timid, afraid, I ran out of the house because it was more than hell living in the house. I was already 15 by this time. I begged someone and I called my mum's number, it was unreachable, I called my aunt and narrated all to her, she came to were I was the next day and took me to her home.

News came later that my mum had died in a ghastly motor accident. I started living fully with my aunt. She loved me so much, but after a while things changed. She would maltreat me, starve me, at times I'll miss school. She had a supermarket then, so most times I alternated with the sales girl. My older cousin continued from where my step dad stopped. But without flogging me. He had tried one night to rape me, but he didn't succeed. If I told my aunt what her son was doing, she would kill me or drive me away from her house or so I thought.

Politics / APC Support Groups Calls For A Selfless And United Party by aprokomag: 6:06pm On Apr 12, 2018
There is the need for unity and co-operation in the coalition of All Progressive Congress (APC), following President Muhammadu Buhari's decision to re-run for 2019 elections. APC support groups calls on national leaders, to shun activities that will endanger the progress of the party, in a position paper, titled: "Tinubu: APC's Achilles Heel ahead of 2019 and beyond".

The activities of some party members they termed as "agent of provocateur and the enemy within the party, has created a parallel power base to rival the president and the party".
