I will like to advice people to be very careful when buying things online, especially when u have to pay before delivery as required on dealdey.i made payment via atm card online for a rechargeable bulb on 5th May 2016 the product was never delivered I kept calling their customer service and they kept posting me, at a time they stopped picking my calls until I used s different number , up till now I've not received the product.i guess I've been scammed

Tactically this is not a good stategy since Boko Haram war is not a conventional warfare where the enemies are known. So it will be suicidal on the part of Nigeria since BH can easily overrun even an army base.
