Hello comrade . Honestly this is a very bad building design . Just look at it carefully. You’ll notice there is no egress , fire exit , cross-ventilation . Occupants here will be jammed in tight , poor air circulation , overall poor aesthetics. Break it up and add some adjoining common areas.
I dont blame some of ourNigerian AutoCAD architects , lack of understanding building principles, exposure , and expertise makes them produce inferior and unsustainable building plans for clients who don’t know any better . I blame the Building and Professional Societies for not properly regulating the building industry. So many quacks, incompetence, and dubious builders on the loose .

I was about to correct you , your theory is not wrong from the ordinary eyes . But a builder you can design and build anything anywhere , just design for the elements, Sun, Rain , Wind , or Snow . This design is similar to family house in PH , yes with American design , open patios with flat roof . The wind blows the rains into the patios just like it would anywhere , and that’s it , the water drains away from patio . Low maintenance, no ugly pyramid roofing design . Very modern and clean house .

This is what happens when you ignore erosion and flood mitigations . The land will give way . The entire Eastern stakeholders really needs to pay attention to erosion or there won’t be any standing infrastructure in the east .

Congratulations, Ebonyi state now has an airport ! But Honestly guys , this is by far one of the most ugly airports to be built . It don’t resemble an air , looks more like a ShopRite . We really need to start employing services of professional architects . And our current designers and architects needs to start thinking outside the box when designing built structures. Sometimes a client don’t know what is acceptable by standards . This is where professionalism comes in . The designer will guide the client through all the design phases reiterating as they go until a desired standard product is achieved . Gov Umahi is a civil engineer , not an architect . There is. Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), on Tuesday, criticised the recent currency redesign policy and the country’s foreign exchange (FX) rate management system while speaking at his party’s campaign rally in Cross River state.

The rally was held at the UJ Esuene Stadium in Calabar, Cross River’s capital.

The former Lagos state governor criticised the recent currency redesign policy and the rapid depreciation of the naira.

He said when the present government took over in 2015, the naira/dollar exchange rate was about N200 to a dollar but it has depreciated to about N800/$ at the parallel market.

The two developments Tinubu spoke about at the campaign rally occurred under the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.

“Don’t let them lie to you about change of currency. They have never understood what inflation is about,” the APC presidential candidate said.

“They never understand (sic) what money laundering is all about.

“To change and the torture moved the exchange rate from 200 to 800. If they had repaired it, if they had arrested this, we won’t be where we are today. We will be greater. They don’t know the way, they don’t know how to think, they don’t know how to do.

Overall verdict during usage . The Batteries are no joke . It lasted a little over 2 days on regular use . And it takes them about 4 hrs to charge with regular charge . Yet to get the fast charging block. And, NO it doesn’t get hot during charge .

The phone is very smooth to touch , I heard they will all come with some kind of tempered glass or gorilla glass to protect the LCD . I never experienced any lags or glitches during use , the camera take very decent pictures, the Bluetooth distance range is quite decent also ….. Overall its a phone I’ll buy if the price is right ,since I already own a flagship . But I guess I’m stuck with these ones now haha . I Got 2 Phones yay !

These are the specs of 2014/2015 bro. There the current specs of Itel or maybe Itel has moved about that. Only the A95 is the spec of Tecno or Vivo currently.

But I’m not surprised since you saidv they’re focusing on Africa. That’s why their model starts with “A” just like Samsung A series are Tecno phones with Samsung name on it. It can only be good down here.

The IPS screen are such outdated that you can feel the plastic on the top. You can also hear the sound of it when hit with something.

Well, I’m open to new discoveries and I believe in positive things.

I’m among the first set that was ordering Oukitel phones back then when no one knows it about it. I sold some of it though.

I’m among the first that was preaching about MI Xiaomi back then and I could remember convincing so many of my offline and online friends to get one. I ordered it myself for some people without the knowledge of online purchase or afraid to lose money. Luckily, they stand the test of time and it’s now among the top.

This shows some ignorance here . 98% of every smartphone Manufacturer has a Chinese partner. Hence you see made in China on most electronics. 5TEC is a U.S company with an in-house U.S based team and a Schenzen based manufacturing partner .

I don’t think they launched a website yet. Note these phones are all unofficial releases . I’m just bringing you guys the inside scoop .
