The Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta
(MEND) has dissociated itself from a meeting of “MEND/Ex-
MEND Leaders” scheduled to hold tomorrow, July 25,
in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
In a statement, it denounced the meeting as “an assembly
of dubious contractors and disgruntled elements,” reacting
on behalf of oil thieves and corrupt officials of
the Goodluck Jonathan administration.
“The Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta
(MEND) reaffirms our support for President Buhari and his
government’s courage to probe the immediate
past Goodluck Jonathan administration, which should also
include the office of the Ex-President, the former First Lady
and the Niger Delta Amnesty Programme,” it said.
It reiterated its commitment to the Niger Delta struggle
which, it stressed, has no relationship with seeking political
appointments, power or contracts.

Boss xxxtedyxxx, I met this girl since 2010. I must confess, i was captivated by her breathtaking beauty. Somehow, i initiated a conversation and we got along. We exchange numbers and she told me her name is Princess. Infact, to cut the long story short, i kept on and on for 5 years now. So when she was in school, she calls atimes just to know how i am doing that is after i might have called 3 times. In fact, we now rapport very well to the point that she visits me anytime i asked her to. She now feels free to share some of her problems with me and i help the best way i can.

The problem now is that she has visited me 9 times now and i have not visited her even once though she never complained or invited me either. In fact, she has spoken of me to almost all members of her family and i know they are all looking forward to seeing me. My reason for not visiting is that i don't want her to introduce me to them as just a FRIEND because i know i wanted more than that. So, i waited to ask her out first! She is now a graduate which i know i have impacted in the process. I work presently in one of the new generation banks. I asked her to come over last week and she came. So i used the opportunity to ask her out and she told me that she is engaged!
