I have read through the pages & commented where necessary. Time to summarize my very own sour experience.

We were operating our mini Shawarma spot,natural juice & a popular brand of yoghurt outlet with very promising patronages though not perfect.

Not until the property owner came & said he want to rebuild the place so we were asked to move out.

Rewind to a certain time that I was so hungry so I asked the boy assisting me in the shop where I could get good food around.

He got me the food & I was so impressed with the taste & all so I asked him where he bought it & he described.

So one day I went to buy food at the place myself. Mind u this is a place where I have been operating my business ,I also live not to far from there infact I have been to that compound b4 to patronise a cyber cafe not knowing anything like a food canteen existed.

So on getting there that day to buy food ,I was like madam how long have u been here,she was like over 2 years now. I just told here that how come I never noticed your presence here?

Fastward out of desperation I went to meet her after about 2 weeks that I wouldn't mind if I could get small space to operate my shawarma business.

Beloved,after spending 6 months there ,there was nothing to show for it as there was little or no patronage. The almost 200k spent for payment of space & also putting one or two things in place just got wasted.

sorry about your experience. Being with a food seller isn’t a great idea. How much is a plate of food and how much is a wrap of shawarma? How much is her bottle of soft drink and how much is your bottle of juice and yoghurt? It will be very easy for people to patronize her than you. You should have considered that. Most people buy shawarma out of convenience and others do because there’s no food around and it’s a better alternative.

My pregnancy journey began without any morning sickness,spitting, vomiting and surprisingly heartburn even though he came out hairer than the older brother who gave me heartburn. The only sickness I had was catarrh. My EDD according to LMP was 20th Oct and first scan was 21st Oct.

Third trimester came and scan showed him to be weighing 2.9kg at 36weeks,I started dieting because I didn't want pushing out a very big baby. I started loosing my mucus plug small small.20th came and passed without any signs or contractions,I didn't feel the baby in my pubic bone like I felt for the first. I did all the exercises on google and YouTube ate 2 heads of pineapple,drank ewedu hoping to induce and ease labour and nothing happened. I had to redo scan to check baby's position and also asked the sonographer if cord was around baby's neck and he said everything was fine. I had to collabo with hubby on 21st afternoon to see if it'll bring on labour. Labour started at night but was bearable. I decided to sleep through it and wake up for hospital when it becomes unbearable. I woke up to 22nd and labour had disappeared. Hubby told me to pack my hospital bag that I'll deliver that day. With that leap of faith we prayed and headed for the hospital.

I was checked and the doctor said I was 3cm dilated. He said you're not going home you have to be admitted. He told a nurse to induce labour by inserting a tablet,she was delaying. I left and ate 2 heads of pineapple.labour started as I was eating the pineapple but were bearable. I felt wet down there and told hubby to follow me to the toilet,I checked and noticed it was bloody show. We went back to the doctor he checked again and said I was 4cm dilated. Labour progressed really fast and I birthed my LO with little tear.

In all it took that leap of faith and surprisingly about 4hrs from start of the first contraction to the last one to birth my LO. I tried all I could as human but God had the final say.

This is to you who is scared and anxious to meet her LO, be patient God gave you that gift and will bring it out when the time is right.

May God grant the remaining mamas supernatural delivery.
This year will not end till every TTC mom gets a BFP in Jesus name.Amen
May God dry all our secret tears and may God provide and protect us and our LOs from the eyes of the wicked.

This happened to me too same 6 weeks during my last pregnancy. I did a scan and the doctor checked the result and said it's threatened abortion. He gave me promolut injection and placed me on bed rest and routine drugs.The spotting stopped. I carried to term to the glory of God

Pls mama's what do I use for toothache. It's really giving me sleepless night and the pain is severe. I have bn to hospital but doctors said nothing can be done till after delivery. I use salt solution to gaggle but nothing yet. Pls amythinh I can use to lessen the pain?

sorry about the toothache dear. I used ginger and garlic to relieve the pain. Grind/chew and place it on the tooth,hold it with your teeth and don't swallow the juice. Garlic reliefs faster and the pain subsides for a longer time than garlic but the smell no be here

My people good morning please help my partner is in pregnancy condition I will need your assistance please I know she's like 8 month pregnant now and she was diagnosed of hepatitis B last time of which they told her that she will come for the treatment after childbirth and she will not be able to breastfeed that's our fear. Another problem is that the last time she went to the hospital she was asked to do an x-ray the pelvic x-ray to determine if she will be able to put to bed without operation or with operation and that one should cost 10,000 naira something like that so I want to find out if it is true something like that goes for 10000 just for an x-ray

You can get formular for the baby. It's not always advisable to go for pelvic scan. Exposure to radiation is not healthy for the baby. The size of the baby determines if the baby can pass through a woman's pelvic bone or not. If after the x-ray and everything is seen as normal,if the baby is big and can't pass the pelvis,she will need an operation.. Pelvic examination is not necessary,the doctor should monitor her on the day of delivery, you can go for elective CS if she stops dilating at some point...My 2cents though. You can seek advice from another medical personnel other sabi mamas will advise too

I had cough from 38th week till delivery they said it's part of the package that it helped push the baby down. Sorry ma,I didn't take anything and I dont remember if it stopped when labour started or after I gave birth. Take care of yourself
