I don't think it is pile either, as I take agbo regularly. It is at the middle of my waist and sometimes comes to my left hip. This is so bad as I can not move my body will in bed. To add that I had surgery last year and sometimes mid this year, fell on my butt from a stool but was okay then.Thanks
