bamideleniayo: Greetings VO:- pls in the DSP-122 form number 3, we were asked to write our current mailing address( Address at which we receive our mail ) which should be accurate... But the problem now is that, since we don't receive our notificatiion via mail except E-mail, which one should be filled in? Is it the mailing address or the E-mail address...

And again VO,pls there this conflicting info that's been bothering us... When sending forms to KCC,should the selectee's name and the case number be written boldly on the top right corner of the forms or just the Case number.

And secondly, should the selectees name or case number be written at the back of each passports when sending the forms to KCC via courier..

And thirdly, on the DS-230 forms (Part I)Number 33 where it says we should list all educational institution attended; What then do a selectee with his SSCE as his highest qualification fill into the areas where it says "Course of study" and "Degree or Diploma"...

But my other question is that;is it better to fill in the highest academic qualification as SSCE and send to KCC for Processing leaving out the BSc since the results are not ready. And will the CO ask what he has been doing all this years because the gap between him getting his SSCE till date is quite much (8years); that's incase we leave out everything about the BSc..

And secondly, should in case by Gods favour he gets to the US and wants to further his education and request for a transcript from the said sch, would it be said to a concealment of a material fact that he has a Bsc which was never mentioned in the forms sent to KCC... Thank u so much.! VO

Secondly..:- if by God's favour he gets to the US and wants to further his education and request for his transcript as regards his Bsc, the qestion now is that won't it be a concealment of material fact that he already has a Bsc he concealed prior to obtaining the Visa... Can someone be granted a Visa with the normal Qualification being SSCE irregardless of the number of years that has gone by without getting a BSc. If someone sends his or her forms to KCC with just SSCE which is the basic requirement and without indicating the fact that he has a BSc maybe due to problems or delay in the issuance of the result statement or certificate from the said school; Will it be said to be a concealment of a material fact if the said person gets to the US and tries getting his transcript or even gets it as a Bsc holder to further his Education Pls help...very urgent.

bamideleniayo: Heloo guys, please am new here and a friend of mine needs an urgent help.. He is one of the Lucky winners for the DV 2014 fiscal year but while filling his forms for the lottery the highest Qualification he put in was Bsc hoping he would get his results/certificate early in case he won..but now the results are not ready and the school would not listen to him.. So the qestion now is that, should he fill in jst his SSCE which he has already and submit his forms to KCC for processing and will KCC or even if it gets to the CO ''ASK'' of the BSc he intially entered as the highest qalification he has while entering for the loterry. His case number is 7*** .and submitting his forms now,when is he likely to be current or interviewed?. Pls guys help..
