I'm not well versed with question one but for question 2 I'm not certain the career progression will be observable because you did a health related course for your BSc and now you want to do business management? They may be wary, if the business course is like a health centred one it may be better. Just my 2 cents

We did biometrics same day at Ikeja TLS. I was number 9 that day on walk in.

The advice i would give as regards form a is to submit it at your banks head office and CONSTANTLY disturb their call centre and make sure you go with all your documents. For example access took 4 days because I disturbed their life.

Take your admission letter (this is so they know where to pay and how much you are expected to pay) if the schools bank details are not on the admission letter print it out before you go, passport bio data photocopy and original, and if you're going for postgraduate study your first degree certificate, photocopy and original. And it shouldn't take up to a month at all... max 1 week

He can’t do anything , if when they confirmed the statement and bank said it wasn’t there , if he does AR the debit will show when he prints statement .
