I think a good way of meeting Nigerian men would be by post a thread on this site, without mentioning you from the US , because then you might end up getting loads of unserious people rely your thread and its very difficult to tell, which guy is genuine or not but anyways i am Nigerian born but resident in UK at the moment and i am also single and i find it hard to meet single Nigerian women over yeah too, So what type of guy are you looking for

YH that's true, its might be due to your genes but it doesn't mean that you can gain weight, i was 45 kg when i was 17 and every body told me it was my gene, but when i started studying more about diet and i put my mind to it i became 90kg when i was 23, nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it,

ok, then you would have to lift weight because when you lift weight you control the part of your body that grows, like if you want to have abit of growth in your hands, then you do the exercise for hands, eat and sleep and it would grow , and if you want to have abit of legs you do the exercise for leg eat and sleep then that part would grow, but when you just eat without lifting weight then you dont know which part of your body would get big and its like taking a gamble because you might eat and then your sleep and see that your face is getting fatter and things like that ,

All of you yeah i hope you are also protesting and not just at work or cyber cafe saying AMIN!!! or at work say this is a good thing, NIGERIA NEEDS OF YOU NOW, SO lets leave our laptops, our computers and go out and protest for the lives of our kids and children children, so that they can say 2012 was the year we all change there destiny, LETS GO GO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

@jude i read your post and it sounded interesting, the truth is there are 2 ways of gaining weight, you either gain weight uncontrollably and look like obsanjo or someone with a big beer belly or you can gain weight controllably and look like the pic on my profile, i think you need to decide way you want 1st, then i can make suggestions to u

Body building is a science , it involves PUSHING yourself beyond your limits and gaining more muscle mass (size and proportion), and by the way Bodybuilders normally look like sculptures because body builder are artist and his body is his sculpture, so plz appreciate the hard work taken to achieve this, and dont let anybody tell you that being skinny is your natural body shape because its not, ( watch this video so you understand abit more)

I think alot of you on this forum (sorry to say) are talking without ever experiencing the sport or ever lifted any weight in your life, i think you need to 1st understand what it takes to push your self to that limit and achieve that much size and proportion, and by the way they dont look like paper they look like sculptures and a body builder is an artist and his body is his sculpture, so plz appreciate the hard work taken to achieve this
