you were unfortunate to have a bad experience in the company due to poor performance at a new branch that failed, don't use that to discourage and misguide the public. Those who are hard working and serious minded do well. As a marketer your job is always not easy we know that, but there are other marketers doing well getting bonuses and incentives for surpassing there targets and also getting salary increment and upward reviews. The company harbors only hard working and serious minded employees. when you say support was withdraw what do you mean- you had company vans, you hard imprest for your operational expenses, a warehouse filled with stock, you were allowed to grant discounts up to 2% on diary products. My brother you did not succeed that does not mean others will also fail. besides not everybody is a marketer, you choose to be a marketer you know what it entails.

i understand creating a liability account as overdraft but which account will be debited

in situation whereby the overdraft was granted and the accountant did not know about it b/cos the
MD did not disclose it. the accountant only discorverd that the bank statement is reflecting negative balance
how will he bring the overdreaft facility into the books

Note that the double enry principle must be observed, which acount will be credit and which debited

How can i report overdraft in the books of accounts
the bank accounts are negative, i think proper accounting has not been observed

I strongly believe that the company is a fraud even if it exist
It must have been set up for this mega scam. Just ignor them them, 99 days for the thief one day for the owner

what we should learn from all this is don't live above your means
don't borrow except u want to invest in a calculated less risky venture

when i got my letter of disengagement, i just went upstairs to worship God
b/cos i understand that even though it looks like a lost, God can turn it to a blessing
because i know that some people have become richer this way
ie after being paid off you strike another job immediate an earn double salary im one
month, ie salary from new job+ one month pay in lieu of notice from the former employer+ severance package

what i don't understand about it is the fact that Junior staffs like ETs are being retrenched when
our salary will not impact much on the cost cutting target.

I use to fear marketing
and so when i was giving an appointment as
an operations staff (Internal Control Officer) i was happy and considered myself
lucky to excape marketing

Later i was moved to marketing and i was feeling
like "Oh am finished"
But it was not so, infact CRUZING WAS THE OTHER OF THE DAY
In marketing, i statrted enjoying banking
the targets were there but God helped me
as a starter i was given a target of 12milion b4 i will get my
confirmation of appointment,
one custormer only who i just met one saturday on my way home
i was not even on a marketiung outing
He brought 19million from a contract
that is how i got my confirmation
marketing is the best dept in banking

DONT BE SCARED OF MARKETING THERE IS ALSO LUCK IN THE GAME
who knows you can be lucky
forget about high targets, you just need God to lead you to the right person
one Man can give you your target no matter how high
