Check radiator for blockage, check water pump, check if fans comes on when AC is turned on.

Thanks for the feedback.

Checked all before now.
Will check again.
The AC fan comes on as well as the engine fan.

Many thanks kingreign for all you do.

I have a Honda Accord 05, V6.
Once I turn on the AC it begins to overheat.
Radiator has been checked for leaks, radiator cap replaced and some leakages detected along the thermostat system replaced as well.
Still it’s overheating.

Please advise on next steps.

People of God, Biden has officially been declared winner and President elect of the United States.

Clean energy stocks and pot stocks will enrich many.
Some beaten energy stocks will bounce back this year. (A separate pick will be done for these oil rebound candidates later).

In this sector, we are likely to come across penny stocks making it to the top.

Just like NIO rose from $4 to $50 in 2020, at least one or two stocks in this sector is sure to repeat a similar move.
We have learnt from the past that it will not be a straight line, there will be ups and downs on the journey upwards, but once we identify certain behaviours and resilience, we can tell early enough and take more substantial and perhaps permanent position.

Clean energy stocks to pick from:

PLUG - $35.00
FCEL - $12.30
FTEK - $4.33
PEIX - $6.06
GEVO - $4.40
DPW - $3.94
BTU - $3.30
OPTT - $2.61

We also understand there is every possibility of a few names springing up from the blues and doing the stunts.

We remain vigilant and watchful to identify such hidden gems like we anticipate from the list above.

Every day is an opportunity this year.
Come on, let's roll. grin

Thanks bro.
Fcel already keeping in real.

More grease.

Good day house,

Please if anyone here have a soft copy of the recent stamp duty act I will appreciate if he/she can help me with it. My bank keep charging for stamp duty on deposits I made to my account by myself. From the excerpts I have read it should not be that way but they keep doing it. This time I am determined to stop them and possibly ask for a refund. So I will need to have a full picture before I go into the battle with them.

Which bank?

Is your account a hybrid or regular savings?
If its hybrid, stamp duty applies else it shouldn't.

Hello Seyi,

It is not a glitch. The balance corrects itself in a matter of minutes.

About twice a month your brokerage balance, fees and trades are reconciled. Think of it as an audit to ensure your balances check out and you were not over charged for any of your past transactions.

During this 15-30 minute timeline, some users might have slight differences in balances. It sorts itself out after some minutes.

P.S - I'm a co-founder at Trove so if you have any issues please feel free to reach out to me here. Always happy to help.

Thank you Tommieen for the clarification.
Is it possible to schedule this system audit run during closed market hours? Say 12am to 4am window...

Hi guys! I have been a silent follower of this thread and I want to say kudos to you all for the good work you are doing.

I started investing earlier this month using the Chaka app. I have some fund again that I’m willing to invest but my concern now is the exchange rate. The last time I checked on chaka earlier today was #450 to $1 and generally the black market rate goes for same range. The question now is should one wait this out and invest later when the naira regains higher value?

Remember dollar once exchanged for 500 in 2016/2017 before it eventually settled at #360. Is it advisable to convert to dollar now? What is your projection based on the current economic situations both in Nigeria and US? I can't afford to buy now for the value to be better tomorrow? Another school of thought believes the devaluation will continue until the oil crises is over.

Your thoughts on this would be highly appreciated

My opinion:

Assuming you purchase usd @#450 & it crashes to #380 (worst case scenario and unlikely) that is circa 15% decline.

A decline will happen if cbn resumes and sustains allocations to bdc ops, prices of crude increases or dss arrests bdc ops for speculation. What are the odds of these happening in the near term?

If you deploy your capital on the American exchanges, what kind of returns are you looking at? Will it cover your cost and risk?
What is the performance of your previous usd investments like?

Does this paint a clearer picture of the situation at hand?

You remain the manager of your portfolio.

Remains the best growth stock in the banking sector.
I remember when I was highlighting the turnaround potential of this bank(WEMA), at the time it was selling for 50k.
Folks had their doubts until the stock rose to N1.08, delivering over 105% return at the time.
Sooner or later, this stock will be trading in the above N1 region.

Good that they increased dividend payout by approx 33%, which by the way, is just 30% off the group's EM.

It is well.

Ooin! You are doing well...

I appreciate the fantastic and selfless work that you do here.

I would like to know as well. I know there are subscription services that alert members such as Pete & Jon Najarian Market Rebellion newsletter, but they can be quite expensive. Barchart.com also lists unusual option activities but I don't know if it's listed live or at the end of each trading day. Only thing though, with barchart.com you have to make sure the trade isn't a hedge or a spread. For example if someone bought 4,000 Tesla $600 calls expiring April 17th, you want to look at the option chain to make sure that same person didn't sell say 5,000 Tesla $550 calls expiring on the same April 17th, that will be considered a bearish call spread. I don't know how much you know about options. But basically you want to make sure the ratio of calls to puts for example is greater than 4:1, the volume traded is greater than 4,000 and there should be a significant Open Interest (OI). It's not an exact science and I will also like to know how to use it as a gauge; when I'm chanced I might watch YouTube videos explaining this concept. But for now you can start here https://www.barchart.com/options/unusual-activity/stocks

Thanks a bunch.
Make we dey learn small small, pending when Trove gives us access to trading options smiley smiley smiley

Nice quick gain bro. There was some unusual options activity in the name, someone bought a really large option contract last week while predicting the stock will cross $600 before April 17th and it did. Maybe they are close to making a big announcement or someone has inside information, nobody knows. Rather than sell off, I will suggest you set a stop-limit order around $595, if it crosses that price the sell order will execute. You might lose some of your gains but if it doesn't go that low, you can ride it higher. I'm just saying what I will do if I just made a quick gain.

Please how can someone track option activity?
That is when substantial call and put option contracts are executed.
Thanks

Mehn the airline stocks are selling off right now. Google has halted all international travel for all their employees. Ford motors also halted travel for their employees. This is similar to what happened after the terrorist attacks on september 11th 2001 but after the bottom, the airline stocks had a V shape rally of 50%. Today we found out that Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway increased it's stake in Delta Airlines. I will be watching the airline stocks but mostly as they continue to fall as more news about travel restrictions from corporate america come to light. I like Southwest Airline (LUV). DOW swung 1500 points today, the bottom is usually very volatile.

STOCK FOCUS:
Virgin Galactic (SPCE) $23.08
Do you want an exciting new play?
I have recorded 100% on this stock between Dec. 2019 and yesterday.
I am not ready to quit because this one has a special kind of behaviour of continuous rise.

The company aims to commercialize space travel by developing spacecraft for both private individuals and researchers.

Virgin Galactic operates as a holding company - engaging in "the business of owning and operating privately built spaceships."

In other words, the company designs manned, passenger-carrying spaceships that can fly you to space, safely - without the need for expertise or exhaustive training.
Does Virgin Galactic have any noteworthy earnings?
No.
Does it have any revenues?
Hardly.
Its current price-to-earnings ratio is an eye-popping 161.58.

However, since its latest earnings release on November 15, Virgin Galactic stock has more than doubled.

Just look at the stock chart...

If you're up for speculating, then this company that IBD calls the "Tesla of space" should be the newest addition to your portfolio.

Good day house,

I have a question please.

I submitted forms for primary auction of September 18, 2019 for 364 days at a First Bank branch. I received investment advice to day and the rate on it was 12.95% and not 13.3% which was CBN stop rate for 364 days.
I've called and the explanation am getting doesnt sound right. They have said that the bank decided to offer its customers 12.95%.

Can the bank decide the rate to offer its customers for a primary bid?
