KM is a very nice textbook, i know it may look intimidating at first because of its size but in terms of presentation of data, KM has a way of presenting gross in a very easily digestible form, other very good textbooks are out there, personally i also really like grey for students, but keith moore has everything u need for gross

well slt is not really a bad course in nigeria, getting a job should not be a problem for u upon graduation but i can not say the same about the pay all in all transferring to mls might just be d best option u could get u can transfer after graduation, or after 100l or 200l or just take another jamb while in school the choice is really urs

Upon all your ranting I don't even see a point to hold upto than Lies. I will rather choose Medical lab than optometry in my jamb, if jamb say I can choose my 6th choice may be I can now choose optometry as my 6th choice in jamb.
Get my fact well optometry is nothing than technicians working under Opthalmologist. Dentist are boss on their own. Am very sure you are still a student, and you are trying to make urself happy, for not gaining admission into medicine or dentistry unfortunately u are lucky u are given optometry. Thanks your star at least u are still a technician to your boss (Opthalmologist).

bro please no need for the abusive words, I am also not a dentist nor an optometrist but I have been monitoring this thread and I also know a thing or two about optometry, i get the fact that u probably met a successful dentist but I don't see why u can call optometrist slaves when u have never met 1, a few months back a free eye test was conducted at my area and note please this test was not conducted by opthalmologist o but optometrist I did hear of any opthalmologist being in that hospital, despite the test being called free we still had to pay #500 to see the eye doctors, men u have to see the queue that day, u can't call optometrist slave or technicians they are bosses on their own it is just that they can't do surgery on eye just as a dentist can not perform oral maxilofacial surgery without being adequately trained so also how do u expect an optometrist to perform these surgery when they were not trained u say only dentist and doctors prescribe drugs, go to any standard hospital and once u have an eye defect u will immediately be redirected to an optometrist not an opthalmologist, please don't get me wrong here I am not saying dentistry is a bad course, I myself believe it is a great course but because dentistry is great it doesn't make optometry bad, the truth remains in private practice optometry is better I have not seen anyone going to the dentist for any reason in my family except once when my brother's wife had gone for tooth extract which didn't even cost that much, but when a family friend of ours had eye problem I know how much was spent just to resolve the issue, let's us not argue on a simple issue it all depends on one passion if u love dentistry then go 4 it, if optometry then do it they are both good courses

pharmacy of cos, optometry is a good course but pharmacy is far more lucrative for now, please which schools were he offered admission
