Its funny how your comments and statements fly one sided and also selfish... How can you want a man to keep sentiments aside and go against his values , yet you affirmed you can't do the same... Its simple since you don't want to change your church or beliefs for any man, narrow your dating to only Pentecostal man... You can't tell me that there ain't lots of non catholic man that has got those exact features you see in the catholic ones...since you've known most won't end up marrying a non Catholic, its best you ask any man be4 bringing in feelings into your relationship and then coming back to the same question

Hypocrites!!! US did same in Afghanistan and also in Syria ..below is an account of that of Afghanistan
casualties 42 killed 33 missing, over 30 injured On 3 October 2015, a United States Air ForceAC-130Ugunship attacked the Kunduz Trauma Centreoperated by Médecins Sans Frontières(MSF), or Doctors Without Borders in the city of Kunduz, in the province of the same name in northern Afghanistan. It has been reported that atleast 42 people were killed and over 30 were injured.[2][3][4][5][6][7]Médecins Sans Frontières condemned the incident, saying all warring parties had been notified of the hospital's location ahead of time, and that the airstrike was deliberate, a breach of international humanitarian law and MSF is working on the presumption of a war crime.[8][9]The United States military initially said the airstrike was carried out to defend U.S. forces on the ground. Later, the United States commander in Afghanistan, General John F. Campbell, said the airstrike was requested by Afghan forces who had come under Taliban fire. Campbell said the attack was "a mistake", and "We would never intentionally target a protected medical facility."[10][11]Campbell said the airstrike was a US decision, made in the US chain of command.[12]Cockpit recordings showed that the AC-130 crew questioned the strike's legality.[13]

Romance / Some Other Things To Know About "Love" And "Keeping Relationships" by Bezed(m): 1:20pm On Jul 16, 2016
Hi RomanceLand, I saw this post and thought it wise to share...

I have discovered that love doesn't guarantee the success of a relationship.
Love cannot help you stick to one person all years round, and on the other hand, cheating isn't always a product of not loving your partner.
In fact, loving someone doesn't guarantee not falling in love with any other person.
Relationships work out mostly because of our head not our heart, it work out because of our emotional maturity, empathetic intelligence and self discipline because time will come when you'll see more beautiful, handsome, romantic, intelligent, sexy, rich, curvy and God fearing people than the one you're in a relationship with. In those times, love will not help you, self control will help you, emotional intelligence will come to your rescue, commitment will keep you going. With those characteristics, no matter how you feel for someone else, the person you're committed to will rank first in your life.
You think happily married people don't see better people than the ones they married?
You think they don't feel funny sometimes?
You think they don't catch feelings?
They do!
But understanding that commitment is greater than feelings is the great arsenal that do destroy that impulse.
You can fall in love with anyone, but building a relationship takes absolutely more than what attracted you to them.
It takes more than love.
We are too fond of loving when it's convenient, when it's sweet.
We are too fond of loving when love is there but that can only last for just the first 3-6 months of the relationship.
After then, you'll realise that the feelings have dropped, it's now your responsibility to make it work, not love's responsibility.
Relationships cannot be readymade.
You have to build it and it's never always about love, it requires commitment, it requires intelligent.
On the long run in marriages, it's not just love that keeps them together forever, it's determination and commitment.
Everyone fall in love, it takes little or no effort to do that. But staying in love?
Building a relationship?
Only the strong and committed ones do that.
That's why we must find that one person and commit to that one, Discipline yourself, bridle your emotions.
Building a relationship is hard work, it's like building a career, It's like pursuing a dream.
It's always tough, at some point it will be so bitter but you can make it work by putting your heads together, you can scale through the trying time by being focus and committed.
The kind of love that attracts two people together is not the kind of love that will keep them together.
Be emotionally strong!
Be self disciplined.
Sticking to one person is not natural, you must develop yourself to do that.
It works great and perfect with people of like minds, people of the same believes, people that share the same school of thought.

#Build_yourself
#Be_Disciplined
#Stay_Committed.
#Trust_God

Career / Re: Photos: My Induction As A Certified Project Manager by Bezed(m): 10:04am On Jun 16, 2016
proddey:
I wrote the PMP paper based test in Lagos on May 7th 2016 as CBT has been cancelled in Nigeria for some years now, and I passed at first attempt! I'm here to assist those who are also seeking to obtain this global certification.

How I prepared
I spent exactly 5 weeks of study. Developed a study guide/ daily time table and was reading for about 5-6 hrs per day since I wasn't working so I studied full time.

Study Materials I used
I used Rita Mulcahy's book "PMP Exam Prep" which I read over once and revised it once. I watched all the PM prepcast videos by Cornelius Fitchner and listened to all the audio CD's in Andy Crowe's "Conversations on the PMP exam" these three materials were all very very good and I strongly recommend them to anyone preparing to take the exam. I never read the PMBOK guide as it was too boring and difficult to understand so I only used it as a reference guide. The PMBOK guide in itself is inadequate as it only covers about 70% of the curriculum of the PMP exam. You'll need to use additional materials as well.

I took all the tests in Rita's book and scored on average 77.5%. I also took all the assessment tests in the end of all the prepcast videos and scored an average of 79%. There are lots of tips, tricks and secrets for preparing and getting the answers right in the exam which I learnt from the study materials I used.

Before the exam
A week to the exam I felt I hadn't studied enough so I was scared that I might not pass so I tried to postpone / cancel the exam but I found out that it wasn't possible on the PBT . To cancel or postpone a PBT you'd have to do it 35 days prior to the exam. I eventually just decided to take the exam anyway based on what I had studied so far.

The exam day
The invigilators didn't allow us to use the dumpsheet before the exam started unlike on the CBT that you are given 15 mins before the exam to use the dumpsheet. There weren't more than 4 calculation questions and they were quite easy. Overall I felt the exam was very difficult as I only answered about 185 questions out of 200. I had to just guess the remaining 15 questions. I felt my chances of passing were 50:50. I had made up my mind that if I didn't pass, I would just resit the exam 3 months later in August. So I hoped for the best but prepared for the worst.

The results came out after 10 days by email as it was a PBT. I passed and I'm PMP certified now!!

Are you preparing to take PMP exam in Lagos? Would you like to have the study materials I used? then send me an email a2space2015@gmail.com and request for the materials.

I will also share with you some tips and tricks for passing the exam on the first try.
Will be glad... Obeezed@gmail.com
Thanks

I tried filling the online form, But got hooked at d passport stage as my passport size is more than d required size. pls do u no of any application that I can use to trim down my passport, or how else to go about this passport issue so as to get the required size.
pls any1 that can bed of help should contribute aswel. thanks
Hi... you should use the paint in your computer to do the re-sizing,
first open the your chosen passport with paint.
then on the left top corner , click on 'Resize' , then check the "Pixel" option and uncheck the "maintain aspect ratio".
Then on the vertical column type in "170" and on the horizontal column type in "132"
172 and 132 are the conversion of the dimension given from mm to pixel.
hope it helps
