Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Bibline(m): 10:36pm On Apr 02
Good evening House.

Please I need your input on this. My wife is applying for Student Visa. We(myself, my wife and son) are looking to apply for visa at the same time. My elder sister, who happens to be resident in Canada. Want to support our application with 10,000CAD. However, she is only willing to write a letter of support, and probably show her statement of account. So here are my questions
1. Is this convincing enough?
2. If not, what do you recommend?

Thank you Gurus

where is the place of justice in these your arguments?

is God a sadistic tyrant, that he should punish a righteous man for other peoples' sins?

Do you know or researched into how the concept of "everlasting life" for man came about and crept into Christianity?

God never created man to live for ever, because man was "perfect" at creation, and as such no amount of "sin" would have made man fall and lose eternal life; "for the gift and call of God is without repentance", meaning man never had the gift of eternal life.

After all the "sin" of man is nothing compared to that of Lucifer/Satan yet Lucifer/Satan lives for ever.

This is the Gospel of justification. We are Justified(Just-as-if-we-never-sinned) freely by Grace through faith in Christ Jesus. God is not a tyrant. He is a ever loving father. Sin brought death.. Man average age of man since d onset of sin decreased with increasing sin. From Methuselah till date.. You see.

Satan can't live forever. Read the book of Revelations
Religion / UNDERSTANDING Being Born Again by Bibline(m): 1:55pm On May 22, 2016
Nobody will get born again until you know the truth and chose to believe it. The Bible says and ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. This is the truth. That by one man's sin (Adam) we all became sinners.. by birth even before carrying out the act. So man continued to live a life of sin unconsciously and died because the wages of sin(either knowingly or unknowingly) death. God had a perfect plan to reconcile man back to himself. He created man for fellowship. This a fact-That God is just and he will leave no sin unpunished. so he made a plan. 1. God gave the law (commandments), to make man aware of sin. So man became aware of his own sinfulness but couldn't life by the law. He kept breaking them. 2. Since all men were sinful, the death of a man means he paid the penalty for his own sin. 3. So God needed to redeem man himself since no one was righteous. No not one... He needed someone that he would punish once and for all. Someone that would bear the punishment for everybody. (Because God is just and he will punish sin any day, any time) but the person must be sinless. 4. Now came John 3:16, He sent his only begotten son Jesus. To first of all live a sinless life, fulfill the law (10 commandments) and die for man's sins. This is the mystery-That God was inside Jesus, reconciling the world to himself because Jesus said. "I and my Father are one". 5. So Jesus died bearing all punishment for man's sin.. better rephrased God judged man's sin by raining all punishment on Holy Jesus. 6. Hence, Since sin entered the world through one man, righteousness rained in the world through the "man" Jesus. So all laws, all accusations, all condemnations... we're bore by Jesus. 7. But God left man with a choice.. To believe this Truth.... "that whosoever believes shouldn't perish but have everlasting life". This is the basis of Christianity. 8. Most people believe this Truth but still struggle with sin. That is because as simple as it sound it seems too easy to be true. A slave though declared free may chose to remain a slave of he does nothing about the truth that declared him free. Act on what you believe. That is faith. Faith is an action. You may believe a politician and yet not go out to vote for him. Believe Jesus and chose to move on with him. Satan Wil throw sin and condemnation at you. But the Bible says "There is therefore no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. When you believe the totality of the Gospel. The Spirit of God takes over. And keeps pruning you daily.

I'm sure Pastor Chris (yeah, the two of 'em) read all these and even taught them yet ......

IT is very risky to marry or court under the cover of religion, cos a lot will be pushed under the carpet to keep their born again status quo, but when it eventually shows, it is always too late.

Marry your friend, quarrel, resolve and do everything and anything together

Well, it's risky when it's under "religion" but its safe when Christ is the foundation, not dreams, or some suggestions from one pastor or prophesy.

Family / 10 Godly Tips On How To Make The Right Choice In Marriage by Bibline(m): 12:57pm On May 20, 2016
1. Realise God's love for you (John 3:16). Remember that He loves you so much that He gave you His best Gift already-JESUS and He won't hesitateto give you another of his sons/daughters here on earth. All you need do is to trust him. Give him your heart and trust him.

2. Realise it's okay to be single. Enjoy being single. Love every bit of yourself. Remember God's love and this should give you some sense of self worth. Know that you only need God to make it. You can only love as much as you love yourself.

3. Commune with God for a partner. Trust him to order your steps and be well positioned.

4. Be ready: I have heard of people saying that they 've seen the will of God even at 200 level. without a job.. without any thing and they even approach the girl. It eventually doesn't last. I am not saying God doesn't speak or reveal His mind any such points in one's life.. but you should chill and wait to you are ready before you propose. Conceive in your heart what you have received like Mary was told. Pray about it. Get a good and stable source of income.

5. Be lovable. I mean appear nice, wear a smile, let the Grace of God flow freely within you. If you are a guy, learn accountability with time and money. learn to be faithful with your words. You are a child of God let people see that in you. Ladies should dress moderately ( though relative) in a way that is distinct from the girl in the club and a sex worker. they should also be virtuous and wise. all these characteristics can only be found in Christ.

6. Be well positioned. If you meet her at the club, You will lose her at the club. Don't act in isolated. mingle and socialise. Don't be too "religious" else you 'll get boring and unapproachable.

7. This is very important. Every dream or revelation or confirmation by any man of God should be brought under the scrutiny of God's Word. Don't be man led. but spirit led.

8. The Bible makes it clear that we should marry in the Lord. So only Marry a believer. God has the best for you. yet He want impose the best on you. He leaves you with a choice. You have a choice but "In God's will".

9.Dating already? Watch out for Godly characters in him/her. Don't ever think you can change him/her. You aren't God. That's God's business. He changes people not you. Your business is to walk out of an unGodly/violent courtship.

10. Lastly, Preserve yourself for him/her. Don't let immoral act spoil the joy meant for your marriage. Dont lose your virginity to him/her because you think you love him/her. if he loves you so much, he Will wait for you. It's not how you feel. it's how God feels. Immorality is sin not only against God but against you body.

Pray for him/her even before u meet.

Sports / Lessons From Verdy's Leicester by Bibline(m): 1:32am On May 03, 2016
Jamie Verdy Smashed a Ruud Van Nistelrooy's goal
scoring streak of 10 consecutive goals in as much
games on 28/11/2015 against Manchester United
making him the only player that ever achieved this
feat in the premier league.
The 28 years old was named the English premier
league player of the month on October 2015 and
sits at the top of the league's goal scorers chat
with 11 goals. He was named Leicester City's
player's player of the 2011/2012 season prior to
His most recent achievement. He was called to
represent the English national team on 21st of
May, 2015.
Everything seem to be going V9's ways. Every ball
he kicks seems to hit it's target. However,Verdy's
2012/13 season was the cross road in his career.
He was purchased for a non-league record of £1m
by Leicester City from Fleetwood-an English
conference side that later gained promotion to the
championship through Vardy's prolific effort where
he scored a total of 51 goals in 103 games .
Verdy's loss of form in his first season at Leicester
and fan's reaction on social media made him
consider quitting football until manager Nigel
Pearson and assistant manager Craig Shakespeare
convinced him tocontinue with the club.
Today, even if James Verdy goes bad, he already
has his name written in gold. Every good football
fan will hope to see more of him for at least
another 3 extra seasons and hope he'll not be
another Benjani Nwaruwaru or Michu.

Today, Leicester city made history bringing to reality an old addidas slogan. "impossible is nothing". And as sweet as V9 story sounds even more inspiring is the feet achieve by the team. The never tired Ngolo Kante, The Gilberto-like Drinkwater and The creative Riyad Mahrez amongst other. The great life lesson is this. Never right off anybody and Anybody shouldn't right off himself

Many times we get too worried about our condition
or people's impression about us. Verdy was lucky to
get good people around him. We might not. we just
have to be by ourselves, not relenting, holding on
to God's promises. Someone said time heals
everything. well, that true to some extent. God
heals everything. keep trusting God till you are
celebrated.

Recent bombings, killings, global warming, wars and rumors of war, starvation and economic hardship is a pointer that the coming of our Lord is imminent. And there is nothing that soothe the tired muscle of a weary pilgrim as the sight of his ever far destination. Give him a cup of cold water and ask him to sit for yet a little while. Nay! He 'll say.. For I can see my home already. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition;but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. Heb 10:32-39 It's quite clear. That our saviour is coming. And He has promised to keep us till the end. We didn't chose him. He chose us. (John 15:6a) for we have done nothing to be called into the Faith we now profess. We were saved by Grace that led us first to hear, And then to conceive and then to believe.. Hence the skeleton of Faith was built in us. With the God head joining every bone to bone bit by bit. A role played by God the Merciful, a price bought by Jesus: The redeemer and a conviction elicited by Holy Spirit: The indwelling companion. Where then is our boasting? Oh wretched man that we were. That never would have changed if God himself didn't effect the change in us. For an Ethopia man cannot change his skin niether will a leopard change his spot. Glorious God that did blot out our sins for his name sake. Not imputing our sins against us but blotting them out like we never sinned. He gave us the heart to believe. Hence..we played no part in our salvation. Just as We have no part in the Salvation and redemption process. We also like a ball on an inclined plane cannot ascend the height of holiness except some external force propels us and set us in motion. Sufficient is the Grace that saved us and more than sufficient is the Grace that will keep us (John 10:28-29; 17:12)even unto the very end. All we need do is to keep our gaze on the source (Jesus) like Peter. focusing on the ever constant result true trust. Now this Grace isn't a licence to sin as Satan as made pilgrims on this eternal journey to believe. (Romans6:1-3). We cannot continue to sin and maintain this unmerited favor. Here is an illustration. A man has used his only daughter who happened to be espoused to a good man out of town as collateral for a huge loan from a wicked man who made him sign a paper that make him the automatic husband of this damsel. Events unfold and this man couldn't pay back his heavy debts. He lost his daughter to this wicked man. Now, the good man out of his magnificent riches came to town and paid this price, reclaimed his bride and fixed a date for marriage. Oh how happy She becomes. Free indeed she is (salvation) and with HOPE of becoming Married soon. This hope will not make her go looking out for another husband. For he long time love, whose love for her is greatest has proposed to marry her. She won't go into prostitution for she needs to be spotless on her wedding day. If she defiles herself, And goes into fornication with other men, or send a heart breaking letter to the good man that she needs to be left alone. Then she has chose to determine her fate herself. Does the promise and proposal of the good man still holds? YES!! Does his love for her change? No!! she decided to leave the relationship. So it is in the kingdom. Christ has bought us with a price. And we should present ourselves pure with the hope of eternal life he has promised us. I John 3:3. We should present ourselves pure. If you profess eternal security, that should even make you more righteousness conscious and live a life way above sin. Jesus hates sin and it's very act. And if a believer sins, He should revisit Calvary like the prodigal son. The blood-stained cross is the believer's Compass. And He should revisit it when ever he is lost. It is possible to throw away your salvation if you go back to your old sinful ways. Because no man having put his hand on the plough looking back is fit for the kingdom. These are Jesus words. Yes, we may stray away like the prodigal son. Who never lost his sonship and Paternal love but lost fellowship in far away country. But He came back 1. Sorrowful like David when reproved by Nathan (Typified Holy Spirit) 2. Repentant like Zacheus 3. Longing for fellowship. Hold that which you have that no man takes thy crown, For Many will say unto me Lord, Lord on that day but I will say depart from me YE WORKERS of INIQUITY.. Don't be a cast away after you have done so much for God in numbers of years and service for God. "REMEMBER LOT'S WIFE" is a whole verse in the Bible, said by Jesus written in red
