Romance / My Girlfriend Left Me For Another Guy by Bigbang2013(m): 9:50am On Aug 28, 2015
My girlfriendleft me for another guy, and it was devastating. You see getting dumped is one thing. You experiencerejection by someone you love and hold dearly and it’s definitely painful. Then, there’s breaking up, which is another thing, oftenassociated with feelings of loss, loneliness and even despair. And then there’s a third thing: when she dumps you for another guy, which, I believe, is the mostexcruciating.
Not only do you have to deal with feelings of rejection of being dumped, and feelings of loneliness and loss associated with the breakup, you ALSO have to deal with feelings of ineptitude, insignificance and betrayal. It’s brutal, and if it’s happened to you, I feel for you.
Mygirlfriendleft me for someone else, and the intense, debilitating pain I wentthrough was the catalyst for this blog. In addition I’ve talked to a lot of guys that have gone through similar experiences and Itruly believe it is one of the most painful experiences available to the male human being.
It destroys your world.
Iremember when it happened to me. It felt as if it had literally torn open my heart. The emotional pain was so badit turned into physical pain combinedwith the worst types of anxiety I have ever experienced.
If that sounds familiar, you’ve cometo the right place.
If you haven’t already, make sure you read myBreakup Guide For Men.
Listen man, I wish I could give you one technique to make all your pain go away. But I can’t. No one can. The reality is you’re goingto feel like shit for a while.
But you know what? That’s okay. Because it’s normal to feel sad and depressed after a breakup. And you know what? You’re goingto get over her. You’re goingto deal with your breakup and move on. These days may be the hardest but it keeps getting easier and easier. And if you put the tools and techniques on this site to work, you’ll become a better man because of it!
I’m going to be super blunt with you, because if after reading my breakup guide, you’re still hungry for more. You need to hear this.
WARNING: This is notfor the faint-hearted.

She's not the one
It's over
TimeFor YOU
She’s not the one
Iknow she may feel like it. I know you might thinkyou ‘know’ it. I know you guys might have said you were soulmates. Well, guess what? There are a million guys that walked that path beforeyou my friend. There are literally millions of guys out there who thought some girl was ‘the one’ and who got hit by reality. Just like you. Hell, I was one of them.
But you know what? It’s okay to have thought that. I know I did. It’s the natural thing to do, especially if it’s your first love, it feels like the only personin the world that can make you happy. But, that’s just not true. Most guys end up with some other woman, and again they’ll have the same feelings of her being the one. But the second time around they’ll have some more perspective, and they’ll realize that it might feel that way, but that doesn’t make it accurate. The truth is, mostguys needto cut their teeth on a couple of relationships before they settle down.
What’s more, thinking interms of the one is irrational. In fact it’s far more likely you haven’t met a whole lot of people. Certainly notenough to be able to say with any certainty that out of the millions of women in the world, this specific one was the best and only match for you.
“Well that might be true,” you might say, “but then why do I feel this way?”
The answer is it’s your emotional brain talking, and we’re gonna start talking back to it with our rational brain.
Believing she was the one doesn’t make any logical sense, but more than anything, it is a sign you were probably emotionally dependent on your relationship. Were you worried more about how she felt, than how you felt? Were you worried more about if her needs were met, than if your needs were met? If so, those are pretty clear signs there was an unhealthy balance in your relationship, and the reason you werestill in it wasn’t all love, but because you werealso addicted to it. So what you’re feeling now, are essentially withdrawal symptoms.
Believing she was the one doesn’t make any logical sense, but more than anything, it is a sign you were probably emotionally dependent on your relationship.
It’s over
You might notwant to admit it yet – and nota whole lot of guys are able to – but your relationship is most likely beyond saving. If she initiated the breakup and you’re shocked, then she’s way ahead of you in processing this whole thing. She probably saw it coming months ago and has beenunconsciously preparing herself for this moment. You, on the other hand, are a deer caught in the headlights. I urge you: don’t walk in to the light – in fact don’t even stare at it – it’s time to jumpout of the collision course.
It’s very, very, very hard to say goodbye to the future you undoubtedly imagined together. I’m not going to deny that. And I can’t make you do it. I can say, however, that this is the single mostimportant thing you will have to do, to get through this. You need to accept it’s over and commit yourself to moving on. Because as long as you don’t take that step, you’re holding on to hope, you’re holding on to expectations, and you’re going to get painfully disappointed.
You need to accept it’s over and commit yourself to moving on.
Now that you’re broken up, you might find that your ex is behaving weird, irrational and generally notrecognizable. That’s because this is super emotionally taxing on her too, she’s processing this in a totally different way and she’s probably further down the line indoing so. It happens. It’s important to talk about your feelings and surround yourself with loved ones, and women are exceptionally good at that. As a result they often have an easier time coming to terms with their feelings.
Ihad a hard time letting go as well. It felt like myex girlfriend completely changed character after our breakup, and it was really tough and confusing dealing with it. The momentI was able to accept that we had no future together was when I realized that the girl I fell inlove with, no longer existed. There was only this other girl, who was acting irrationally and impulsively, hurting me along the way. Iknew that I couldn’t hold on to something that didn’t exist anymore, so I was able to let go.
The moment I was able to accept that we had no future together was when Irealized that the girl I fell in love with, no longer existed.
If you can’t make that step just yet: fake it until you make it. Go
no contact and observehow your feelings and thoughts transform as you are able to disentangle your emotions fromyour thoughts.
Time For YOU
Sowhat now? Well first of all, the fact that you might feel that you’re falling into an emptiness right now is an indication that your relationship was probably toomuch of a crutch to your identity. It’s because we as guys are very susceptible to really lose ourselves in a relationship. We often tend to give it our everything and connect to our belovedlike we’ve never connected before.
In reality that’s our inner insecurities surfacing, and it freaks women out over the long term. It’s the classic case of where a girl feels suffocated, and all the guy does is try harder, suffocating her even more.
Women don’t want to be put on a pedestal. They don’t want a guy that tries to satisfy their every need. They don’t want a guy that worries whether they’re mad or not. But at the same time they are not consciously aware of this, let alone articulate it. They just get frustrated and lose attraction for you.
Women are very emotional creatures themselves, they want a guy that is a rock inrestless waters. They want a confident guy, that knows who he is and what he stands for.
And that’s a healthy stereotype to strive for. You do it by taking experiences like this, and learning all there is to learn from it. You take the time to think about yourself. What is your identity? What are YOUR needs and how did you sacrifice them inthe relationship? That is how you grow and move on. And that’s where your focus should be if your girlfriend left you for another guy.

Letme guess…
You want to dress well, but you have no clue how to go about it.
You never grewup with much interest in personal style, and you never developed a natural instinct for how you should dress. And even though you can find a ton of information online, it confuses and overwhelms you more than it helps you understand.
And it sucks, doesn’t it?
Because you’re a smart man, and you should be able to figure this out. You just have no clue where to start.
You have no clue what to focus on.
But you know what?
You Are Not Alone
You’re not the only guy who struggles with figuring this stuff out.
Many men do.
In fact, just a few years back, I struggled as well.
Iwas a terrible dresser.
And when I decided to step up from hoodies and graphic tees to something more respectable, I had a hard time figuring out how to dress well.
But despite all my early failures, I kept trying, and eventually things started to click inmy head. I had to try out lots of terrible fashion tips beforeI found the nuggets that actually worked, but eventually, I developed a much better dress sense. Just see for yourself:
I could feel ashamed of the many years spent dressed like a slob. But instead, I feel proud.
Because I had zero style sense. I had to learn how to be a well-dressed man. And when I consider where I came fromand where I am now, I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
And any man can do what I did, no matterwhere they’re at now.
You can do it too.
And with some guidance, you can do it a lot quicker than I did.
The Beginner’s Rules to Dressing Better
You can figure this out.
You can improve that dress sense of yours.
And once things start clicking in your head, it will actually become easy. You just need a bit of guidance at first, so you’re focused on the right things.
SoI took the most important lessons that I’ve learned over the years and put them into this article.
These are the guiding rules that all style rookies should follow.
Rule #1: Start From Scratch
When you want to start dressing with style, you have to start fromthe beginning.
That doesn’t mean you should discard of all your clothes right away. (I’m fairly sure society frownsupon naked men going clothes shopping.)
But, you should accept that you will eventually get rid of most of your current wardrobe. You will trade it in for one that’s better suited and more refined, even if you still want to keep it casual.
Saying goodbye to some of your favorites will be hard, but it must be done in order to makeprogress.
But don’t worry; you’ll get new favorites.
You’ll get better favorites that will makeyou look way more awesome.
Rule #2: Forget Everything You Think You Know
One of the hardest things I ever had to accept was that myfashion-knowledge was nonexistent.
During my researching stage, I would oftenread something that completely flippedmy world upside down.
Things I deemed inconsequential turned out to be of vital importance, while things that I thought were crucial turned out not to matter at all.
You should accept that you may not know as much as you think.
You should think of yourself as a complete beginner, so you don’t gloss over anything that could help you see the light. Otherwise, you’ll likely skip important lessons.
Assume you know nothing, and you’ll be open to learn everything.
Rule #3: Focus on the Basics
Sonow that you’ve forgotten everything you knew, what do you think you should focus on first?
The basics, of course.
Mastering the basics alone will benefityou greatly. Ialways say it’s half the battle, but it’s more like three quarters, if not more.
Too many men shoot themselves in the foot by getting the basics wrong.
Don’t be one of them.
Check out the Beginner’s Guide to Dressing Better if you want to master the basics.
Rule #4: Build a Solid Wardrobe Foundation
Rebuilding your wardrobe starts with
a solid foundation.
You need to collect versatile
wardrobe staples that match well with almost anything — basic items like white shirts, dark blue jeans and grey sweaters.
Items like these will serve as training wheels while you learn to get the basics right. They’ll also keep you safe frommaking mistakes when you don’t know how to match clothes yet. (And after you’ve built your foundation, you can add more eye-catching clothes to your wardrobe, and you’ll always have items in your wardrobe to wear themwith. )
Rule #5: Keep it Simple
You have to rememberthat you’re a man, and being extravagant isn’t necessary. You don’t need a lot of bells and whistles to look great.
You can just keep everything simple.
LeonardoDaVinci once said,
“Simplicity istheultimate sophistication.”
Keep this in mind when you’re putting your outfit together. Stop over-complicating things. Simple style is the best style for guys.
Rule #6: Fit Comes First
This is the goldenrule; getting the fit right is your priority, always.
Unfortunately, most guys get this wrong, and getting this wrong sabotages anything else you try.
Imean, just compare these two shirts:
The differencebetween good and bad fit
Which do you think looks better?
The shirt on the right completely throws off mybody’s proportions, making me look like I raided someone else’s closet.
Dressing well isall aboutthefit, guys.
Fit comesfirst.
If you only follow one rule fromthis article, follow this one.
Rule #7: Trim Your Wardrobe
Having a bulging wardrobe offers no benefit.
In fact, having lots of clothes inyour wardrobe is impractical. (Which is good news for guys who are trying to build a wardrobe on a budget!)
You want to keep your wardrobe trim.
Never fill your wardrobe up with lots and lots of clothes, thinking this will offeryou variety. You won’t need lots to have a great arsenal of stylish outfits. You’d be amazed at how few you really need.
Also, you should prune your wardrobe periodically for items that look washed out, that no longer fitor that you simply no longer wear. You should discard these items and keep your wardrobe decluttered.
Rule #8: ExpandYour Options
You don’t want to be that guy that wears the same outfit day in and day out. You need a bit of variety.
Does this seem paradoxical to you with the previous rule?
It shouldn’t.
You can trim your wardrobe and expand your wardrobe at the same time. You only need to ensure all your clothes can be worntogether.
Rule #9: Layer Up
Knowing how to layer clothes will give you ultimate use out of everything in your closet, and it will help you create more interesting outfits.
Layering lets you play around with the clothes you have, so you should learn how to do it properly.
Rule #10: Forget the Trends, Develop Your Style First
Many men think they have to be on top of all the latest trends to become more stylish.
However, when you start out, developing your own style is vastly more important.
Once you figure out what image you want to portray, you can start adding trends that will work with that image.
Rule #11: Look Effortless, Not Botherless
A man shouldn’t look like he has spent hours meticulously orchestrating his outfit in frontof a mirror.
Looking like you just grabbed some clothes out of your closet is a lot more effective. You want to look good while looking like you’re not making an effort to look good.
But that doesn’t mean you should look like you didn’t bother. Your clothes must still look good on you and they must work together in a way that’s pleasing to the eye..
You still want to look like you know what you’re doing.
Rule #12: Try New Things
When you’re developing your sense of style, you want to open your mind to new types of clothing. You should try things you never would have thought to wear before.
You’d be amazed how good you could look initems that you previously thought “weren’t you.”
In this article by Jay fromKinoWear, he tells you to try on anything and everything in a store.
“This one exercise of tryingonanythingand everything willteach you more aboutstyle thanreading a thousandstyle articles.”
It’s good advice.
Rule #13: Learn to Love Colors
Most males don’t seem to like wearing colors that much. Many of us stick to a basic color scheme of black, white, grey and blue.
If that sounds like you, you want to expand your color horizons.
You have to figure out which colors workfor you, and the best way to do this is to try them out. (See previous rule.)
Colorscan make an outfit pop, so you should never shy away fromthem.
Rule #14: Wear Colors Sparingly
While you should learn to love colors, you want to avoid wearing too many of them at the beginningof your style journey.
You’ll risk wearing incompatible colors, since you probably don’t know how to match them yet.
Stick to just wearing one color at a time for now, and keep the rest neutral. Once you’re further educated you can start trying to combinethem.
Want to master the art of color matching right away?
Check out my color-matching guidefor easy color-matching tricks.
Rule #15: Laugh Off the Jabs
When you start improving your style, you’re guaranteed to receive a few jabs fromyour friends.
The secret to dealing with this is not to care and laugh it off. Just crack a joke about it yourself. That way you’ll be in on the joke, instead of the butt of it.
Eventually your friends will get used to the new you, and the jokes will cease.
Rule #16: Be Open to Feedback
You may also have people in your life that will genuinely try to help you, so be open to their advice.
Consider the person the advice comes fromand what they have to say.
Usually, you can tell when a criticism is genuine, or when someone is just trying to cut you down a few inches.
Hint: People who provide sincere counsel will usually be people that dress fairly well themselves.
You should also listen to the women inyour life, as they oftenare happy to give their honest feedback (although they can also be too supportive).
Rule #17: Be Honest With Yourself
You never want to look like someone that you’re not. You’ll feel incongruent when you sporta look that doesn’t fitwith your personality.
If you’re a an introvert, wearing extremely loud outfits will seem weird.
If you’re a laid-back type of guy, you may notwant to walk around in formalsuits all the time.
Simply aim to look like a better dressed version of yourself.
Rule #18: Accept That it Will Take a While
Your sense of style is like Rome; It won’t be built in a day.
You’ ll need a while to fully grasp all the little intricacies that makean outfit great.
Personally, I spent years learning and experimenting, beforeI could put everything together. It took me a long time to discover a look I was satisfied with, mostly because very little I tried actually helped me.
Don’t expect to become a better dresser within a monthor two. You should prepare to spend some time on it.
Rule #19: Accept That You Will Make Mistakes
We all make mistakes. None of us are immune to this. I still make mistakes to this day.
Lookat celebrities.
They often have personal stylists or designers creating clothes just for themto wear, and the clothes they wear are judgedunder a microscope.
They make mistakes, but it’s because they try new things. Sometimes it works; sometimes it doesn’t.
This shouldn’t keep you fromtrying new clothes.
The road to success is paved with mistakes. You just needto realize when you’ve made one, accept it and moveon.
Rule #20: Know That You’ll Get There Eventually
If you keep working on it, eventually you’ll train your eye for style.
You’ll notice details in your own and other people’s outfits. You’ll know when something works and when it doesn’t. Selecting a great outfit from your closet will be as easy as riding a bike.
No matterhow much you’re struggling, take comfortin the knowledge that you’ll get there eventually.
Follow These Rules and Develop Your Sense for Dressing Sharp
Following these 20 rules will help you build a kick-ass style, but you
will have to work on it.
Change never comes from reading things; it comesfromtakingaction.
Soif you’re serious about takingyour style to the next level, pick one small thing you want to improve, and work yourself up fromthere. (I recommend starting with #6)
Pick one thing, and then focus on mastering that one thing. Then, pick the next, and the next, and the next.
Slowly but surely, you’ll start to see major improvements. Slowly but surely, you’ll developed your sense of dressing well. Slowly but surely, you’ll create a look that kicks ass.
And then, you’ll notice that you feel better about yourself, that you get more respect, and that you catch more attention fromthe ladies.
Because that’s what a kick-ass style will do for you.
And all you needto do is follow these rules, focus on on the right things, and take one small step at a time.
Solet me ask you…
What small step will you take today?

the fact that you pick some point from the Bible doesn't jusify that your points real ..Because actually none of u have read the original version of Bible and as a matter of fact if Bible wasn't tampered with they should have just left in a transliteration form so to say I will conclude dat Bible has been tampered with.

Song of Solomon 2:8 The voice of my beloved! behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills. 2:9 My beloved is like a roe or a young hart: behold, he standeth behind our wall, he looketh forth at the windows, shewing himself through the lattice. 2:10 My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. 2:11 For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; 2:12 The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land; 2:13 The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away. 2:14 O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely. 2:15 Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes. 2:16 My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies. 2:17 Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, turn, my beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart upon the mountains of Bether.

NumberOne3:

God did forsake Him. God cannot behold sin...
Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity: - Habakuk 1:13a
Most will say Jesus is God (in the general sense) and He is. Is Jesus the Father? NO. Jesus always spoke of the Father seperately.
I and my Father are one. - John 10:30
You cannot be one with yourself as you are already one. Just like husband and wife. They are one, but are seperate beings.

first of when you say two married people can be co joined as one yes it is true but God has a heavenly father cannot b one with jesus because he his a messanger of God look at what jesus said here

Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.....if jesus is a God I believe e should av divine power n authority to know what his father knows ...dat is too tell u dey r two different people

Mark 10:18 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.(stating his difference from God)

John 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.(another evidence) in conclusion for the fact that he performed miracles doesn't make him God

Matthew 26:36-46 Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.” 37 He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled. 38 Then he said to them, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.” 39 Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.” 40 Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. “Could you men not keep watch with me for one hour?” he asked
Peter. 41 “Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation.

from the beginning it has been known that " islam" a religion of peace and a "muslim" is who so ever bows down and submit him or herself to the will of allah also wat is worship. .."worship is when u totally commit yourself to a superior person by totally bowing down as a sign of respect""

who is our maker God or jesus?
Psalms 95:6 O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker. 95:7 For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,

"take note of what satan sed about worship "

Matthew 4:8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; 4:9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. 4:10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Genesis 17:3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, 17:4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 17:5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

Nehemiah 8:1 And all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that was before the water gate; and they spake unto Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses, which the LORD had commanded to Israel. 8:2 And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding, upon the first day of the seventh month. 8:3 And he read therein before the street that was before the water gate from the morning until midday, before the men and the women, and those that could understand; and the ears of all the people were attentive unto the book of the law. 8:4 And Ezra the scribe stood upon a pulpit of wood, which they had made for the purpose; and beside him stood Mattithiah, and Shema, and Anaiah, and Urijah, and Hilkiah, and Maaseiah, on his right hand; and on his left hand, Pedaiah, and Mishael, and Malchiah, and Hashum, and Hashbadana, Zechariah, and Meshullam. 8:5 And Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people; (for he was above all the peoplewink and when he opened it, all the people stood up: 8:6 And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God. And all the people answered, Amen, Amen, with lifting up their hands: and they bowed their heads, and worshipped the LORD with their faces to the ground.

Joshua 5:14 And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant? 5:15 And the captain of the LORD's host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.

Matthew 26:37 And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy. 26:38 Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me. 26:39 And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

Numbers 20:6 And Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they fell upon their faces: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto them.

Genesis 17:3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, 17:4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 17:5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

further more I will give reasons why myslims don't pray in their mother tongue rather using arabic n using the word allah instead of God

Zephaniah 3:9 For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.

also I see women becoming pastors n talking in church look at what Bible talks about that

1 Corinthians 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. 14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church. 14:40 Let all things be done decently and in order.

look at what God sed about the noise u make in Church on Sunday" Habakkuk 2:20 But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.

see what God talks about you Christians that stam n clapp ur feets" Ezekiel 25:6 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast clapped thine hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel; 25:7 Behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and I will cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to perish out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.

I don't know why Christians argues so blindly first jesus never sed worship me it was only when God spoke through great proohet he sed thy shall not worship any other God except for I lord God is one. throughout God life time in d bible e prayed to God above to the extent of even teach u chridtlike how to pray for example "our father who at in heave hallo be thy name thy Kingdom come ......and so on so forth .....the funniest of all is a book of truth should never have contradiction it should be straight forward that is why exactly the way quran was written it was published and u wull never see an interpreted quran without arabic beside it so this is a clear point of view that politics has invaded bible long time ago

NYSC / Re: Nysc Batch B Introduce Yourselves Here. by Bigbang2013(m): 12:03pm On Jun 28, 2015
Official NYSC CampRegistration Requirements:
1. CALL UP LETTER: This is a vital part of camp registration and the only evidence that you are a prospective corps member (colloq. Corper, or Otondo) and you are not impersonating anyone. This will be taken from and not returned to you. So if at all you even forget you luggage (lol) never forget this.
Tip: DO NOT LAMINATE IT! And keep it like its your life. I know someone who was sent back because she forgot hers. Also someone who had to beg and beg before his letter was collected because he laminated his own copy. So please avoid all these stress and make enough copies of this letter.
2. Registration Documents: Foreign graduates should take along important registration documents used in registering at Abuja.
3. Final Year Student Identity CARD
4. Notification/Statement of Result from School
5. PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPHS: This is very important. Take as many as you can, about 20 in red backgrounds. You would need them at every registration point mostly. Then those of you who would likely redeploy or join one group or the other in camp, you would need more than others.
6. PHOTOCOPIES OF YOUR DOCUMENTS: Now make about 5-10 copies of every document required. There would be photocopiers in camp at mammy market but trust me, it is double the price and it
saves time.
Tip: The forms that will be handed to you are very easy to fill. Attach your passport where necessary and fill them correctly. After your registration, you will be issued with your State Code Number. This will be like your PIN throughout your Service Year.
PART 2:
7. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: For Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses & Lab Scientists, take along your proof of certification.
8. STATIONERY: PEN, PAPER, GUM, TIPPEX. Yeah this saves time and lots of unnecessary begging.
Tip: Some camps do seize staplers at the gate during check-in. So do not forget to include pins in your stapler if you are taking that along.
Tip: After getting your NYSC State Code Number, you can proceed to claim your NYSC Kit and Mattress after which you can proceed to get a Room. After you have gotten your kit and secured a place in the hostels, you can settle down and you are good to go to start the Military parades.
Now, Your NYSC kit should contain 1 NYSC Crested Vest, A pair of Khaki Trousers, Cap and Jacket, 2 White T-shirts, 2 Pairs of Knickers, 2 pairs of green-stripped Stockings, A Pair of Orange Jungle Boots and One Pair of White Converse. A “Belt” is also included.
DAILY NEEDS:
9. ROUND-NECKED WHITE T-SHIRTS: This is an essential outfit in camp in fact in most camps this is the only allowed cloth to be worn throughout your 3 weeks. Even to church, you might not be allowed to wear colored cloths. You would be given 2 pairs of white t-shirts at camp to just fulfillall righteousness which surely would never be your size especially our very slim and small otondo in size . So you can bring extra pairs (6). Why? Because you probably wont have time to wash during the week after being stressed out from the parades and Man-O-War drills.
Tip: Do not carry more than 2 pairs of colored clothes because you wont need it.
10. WHITE SHORTS: I beg you please do bring yours. you would also be given 2 pairs of shorts which are really poor in material. They tear easily and it can be annoying. So my dear Otondos bring like 4 pairs of shorts. Trust me also you wont like to wash everyday, so bring enough to last you like 3 days so that you wont be stranded.
11. PLAIN WHITE SNEAKERS/TENNIS SHOES: This is a very important outfit. you would also be given an ugly pair of low quality white tennis shoes customizedfor NYSC. It’s either you are not given your size although you can find someone with your size and swap. But after the first wash it starts tearing. So just buy yours (white). They also sell this in camp, so in case you are not able to get you could buy in camp just carry extra cash for that because the price would be higher – as with everything in Mammy – because they know you have no choice than to buy. Now, If you happen to camp during the rainy season (Batch ‘B’ & ‘C’), get white rubber sneakers/boots especially if you’re posted to the Southern part of the country . The parade fields/mammy market might be messed up after the rains. You will get this in camp.
12. WHITE SOCKS: Just get extra pairs.
13. MOSQUITO TREATED NET: You would do not want to fall sick in camp from malaria. Just bring yours. Also bring ropes you would use to hang it. I also used mine as a room to protect my box and properties from thieves and also from some insects and ants.
14. BASIC DRUGS: Like Panadol or paracetamol, medicinefor your allergies, menstrual pain relief drug, nausea relief drugs, antibiotics e.t.c. The camp clinic is sometimes inadequatelystocked with drugs so help yourself.
True story – A corper from the previous batch donated at least a million Naira worth of medicineto our (Lagos) camp clinic, and barely a few days later, they claimed to have run out of medicine.
15. PADLOCKS: [BRING or BUY from Mammy] Please lock your boxes and bags to avoid regrets and tears. I know someone who lost more than 5 items including his two phones – like he’s the only one in camp.
16. WAIST POUCH: /Fanny pack/Bum bag (or for the more fashion-conscious, a cross-body purse). The bum bags are more popular because they won’t bang against you when you’re active and your hands are free to do whatever. You need it to carry your money, phone, small valuables, pens, etc around with you at all times. You should sleep with it too.
17. BEVERAGE: The camp will supply u with “Tea-water” so you can make tea when u need to!
18. DETTOL : This is very, very essential. Firstly the bathrooms can be very annoying and dirty and more importantly, you would not like to have infection from camp. Bad idea. Depending on your camp, the water can be dirty. Most people always have reaction to it.
19. DETERGENT: [BUY from Mammy.] Again, this reduces the amount of load you’re bringing into camp. However, if you’re lucky the mammymarket will have vendors offering laundry services! It costs about N50 per item, N100 for your khaki trousers or shirt, extra N50 if you want your items pressed.
Tip: The Bucket: Buy this in Mammy. Don’t stress yourself taking one to Camp, which you’re probably going to leave behind after 3 weeks.
Toiletries: Toilet Paper, Sanitary Pad, soap dish etc. BUY in Mammy.
20. TOWELS
21. A PAIR OF SLIPPERS: [BRING or BUY]
22. Bed sheets, Pillow Cases and A Pillow. You could also get pillow from mammymarket to reduce load.
Tip: Mattresses will be provided by NYSC. It is best to “double up” with the mattresses, as they are about 1 to 2 inches thick. Lol.
23. HANDKERCHIEF. There will be BUCKETS of sweating. Do yourself a favor.
24. FLASHLIGHT OR RECHARGEABLE LAMPS: [BRING or BUY] Most camps, or in fact, all camps do not give light except at a specifictime of the day. It’s very essential especially at night when you need to use the bathroom, early in the morning when preparing for morning drills and meditations and at night in case you need to do anything. At the mammymarket, there is always light till they close, usually 10pm except on days like the CampFire Night. You can charge them there at a little fee.
Tip: You will be fedthree times a day in camp but I must not lie to you, the food there is nothing to write home about. They can be nice on few occasions like Sundays, but most days, they are poor. If you are someone who loves to eat good food, make provisions for your own food. You should get some fast foods along, some breakfast cereals and beverages. You should also hold extra cash to eat at the Mammy market. You will get good meals there.
25. PLATE, BOWL AND CUP: [BRING or BUY] For eating. Important for those who intend on eating Camp food.
26. Some form of entertainment: Novels – for those who get bored easily, please carry some. And for guys PSP or chess. also iPod your and MP3 players for audiophiles.
27. Your Ray-Ban sunglasses for the sun. And if you can’t afford that, get a Ray-Bon. LoL
28. Get extra phone batter(ies) and extra Network SIMs. Some network are not available at some camps in remote locations far from towns. Once you get your call-up letter, you can find out (from
Students.com.ng) which network has the best reception at your destination camp. If you need data access, find out if that available also. Instagramers and keekers, if you get EDGE thank your stars.
29. CASH: Extremely important. You would need about N15,000. Then between N20,000 – N30,000 to be ‘just’ comfortable. For those that can manage, say, N10,000 – N15,000. There are lots of things that take up money. Things like food (for those who don’t intend eating camp food), drinks, recharge cards, charging of phones, laundry, pleasures e.t.c
Tip: You wont be allowed to leave camp. So do not be stranded, trust me it’s not a good idea. Just budget 1000 per day. You could take your ATM card along, incase. (This might sound counter-intuitivesince there might not be any ATM in camp and you are not allowed to leave camp. But figure it out…)
You can keep you extra cash with the Accounts Department (as the case was in my camp) while some shops offer POS services, you still have access to extra cash whenever you need it.
If you have a camera you can take it along because you will want to snap a lot of scenes. If you have a Smartphone with great camera, that’s good for you because you can easily take and share photos on social networks.
Tip: If you don’t have any of those, you will have to pay some guys on camp who do that as business to follow you around and snap you wherever you go. They might charge up to N2,000 for the duration of the camping. They should give you all your photos and videos in DVDs at the end of Camping. Or you could wait till the last day of leaving camp and snap at a cheaper rate.
As long as this post is, that’s all you need to take to camp. BTW! What of the unnecessary things? Check back here on www.students.com.ng over the weekend for the rest of the gist before you set off. God/Allah bless you as you share this with friends on social networks.

Crime / Man Hunt For Escaped New York Inmates Espands To Vermot by Bigbang2013(m): 10:43pm On Jun 26, 2015
The hunt for two inmates who escaped from a New York maximumsecurity prison expanded to neighboring Vermont on Wednesday as the pair set a record for the longest jailbreak in New York history, authorities said.
Richard Matt, 48, and David Sweat, 34, escaped from Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, New York, five days ago, cutting through steel walls, squeezing through a steam pipe and popping out of a manhole.
More than 450 state, federal and local law enforcement agents were searching the area north of New York's rugged Adirondack Park on Wednesday, with the hunt extending into neighboring Vermont, New York State Police Superintendent Joseph D'Amico told reporters.
Police said on Wednesday night they had closed a stretch of highway just miles from the prison to investigate a lead and it was likely to remain closed into Thursday.
The escapees may have had help from a female prison worker who befriended them, New York State police said.
Before escaping, they discussed heading for Vermont, a rural state with dense forests, accessible by a ferry across Lake Champlain, about 40 miles (64 km) south of the prison, police said.
The longest previous escape from a New York prison lasted just three days, according to data from the New York Department of Corrections. In the last decade, freedom lasted less than six hours for 60 percent of the 30 inmates who succeededin breaking out.
"When you escape, not only do you need the essentials like clothing, food and shelter, but you need some sort of long-term plan where your identity will be hidden," said researcher Bryce Peterson, who focuses on inmates and prisons for the Urban Institute's Justice Policy Center.
Publicity surrounding the upstate New York prison break, including photographs and physical descriptions of the tattooed men, make it extremely difficultfor them to remain in the shadows, he said.
"The only way you could do that successfully is having people on the outside who will help you," Peterson said. "But the more people you associate with on the outside, the more likely you are to get caught."
Matt, who has a history of escape attempts from other lockups, was serving a sentence of 25 years to life. Sweat was serving a life sentence.
Once caught, the convicted murderers will each face a criminal charge of escape, which can carry a seven-year prison term, Horn said.
"Seven more years means nothing to a lifer," Horn said.
Nationwide, the number of prison escapes has dropped sharply, from 100 inmates per 10,000 in the 1980s to one per 10,000 today, Peterson said.
