Nightshift: Wnen i hear someone has been deported, i normally assume from foreign counties. But no, Nigerian state of Lagos has added a new meaning to the word by deporting or banning citizens from other Nigerian states from its territory. This Skills Acquisition Centre scheme is a novel and ingenious way to governance; just as obtainable in Western Countries. This example set by Lagos State should be commended. The federal government of GEJ should be put to shame if she does not come up with such laudable programme to deal with her teaming millions of unemployed, beggars and destitute! In Germany the government provides for skills training of the unemployed; carter for their health and even gives them monetary allowance. So, you don't have the same number of destitute, street hawking which incidentally is a crime in Germany, and beggars! If they have such problem in the same proportion as in Lagos or Nigeria, they would follow Lagos example of rounding them up and giving them opportunities to better their lot in life! This is not "negative energy"! |

"....some were deported but only after been provided with survival skills other than hawking and begging." @ poster, did you say some Nigerians were deported from Lagos? Has it come to this in Nigeria? |

calebo10: God catch am, she is the next to die a misterious death. In Jesus name. This is not fair comment. Death is a sad occasion and awaits everyone. Don't rejoice! |
