Why would a 70 something age man want to become president?

A man I doubt can speak clear simple English or communicate to a decent group of world leaders.

Crime / Re: Woman Allegedly Kills Husband By Stabbing Him At The Throat In Bayelsa (pics) by biglife76(m): 5:13pm On Feb 06, 2015
Mnnnn, same thing almost happened to me. I married a beast that was tricked into my life by my "so called caring uncle". I am lucky I am alive today.
Can you guys imagine: I travelled all the way back to naija to marry this girl all the way from UK oooo, paid her flight, visa etc., brought her to the UK, immediately her leg touched here her true colour show. I suffered for 1.2 yrs, immediately her visa expire I didn't renew it plus she was itching to go back to naija, like I wanted her to stay with me sef.... undecided
Now she is going about telling everyone back home that I was the bad guy... cheesy
Secretly via text etc. she begs me to take her back... grin grin grin

Guys shine your eyes, most gals want to marry by fire by force..once they are married they think they own their husbands. Infact they see you like a trophy...its a crazy tradition cum country called Naija sef..

Right now I understand the bible verse that says: Better to live in a desert than with a quarrelsome and nagging wife.(Prov 21:19)

Properties / Re: Don't Be A Victim. Investigate Every Property Before You Buy Any Land This Year by biglife76(m): 3:42pm On Jan 14, 2015
Hello All,

I bought a plot of land in Port Harcourt.
I have my deed of conveyance already
I have the land survey plan as well attached with the deed.

But was told I have to register the deed to the local government authorities for 4% of the cost of the land, please is this true?

Properties / Please I Need Advise On How Much Building In Port Harcout Will Cost Me by biglife76(m): 12:23pm On Jan 14, 2015
Hello All,

I just bought a one plot of land (100ft x 50ft) in port Harcourt. I intend to build a 4 x (2 bedroom flat). 2 above and 2 below, hopefully a parking lot will come off the remaining space.

I have paid for:

1. The plot.
2. The lawyer/survey fee.

Please does any one have an idea of how much it will cost to:

1. fence this plot?
2. Build up to the roof?
3. Roof the building?
4. Any other payments? e.g. I was told I will need to pay another 3%-4% of the total cost of the land to the local government council of port Harcourt for deed of conveyance?
5. etc. etc.. Any other unforeseen payments and how much roughly?

Please if someone can tell me a rough estimate that will be lovely. Really not sure how to go about this as I don't live in the country.

Thanks.

Hello My people,

I was deceived into marrying a lady back home in Nigeria, immediately she got her visa and came to the uk, her true intentions came to light, so I also calmly didnt renew her visa and she is back in Nigeria now. I live and work in the UK now, but I want to divorce her legally so that I can carry on with my life peacefully and hopefully will marry somene with clear intentions. Is there anything like NO FAULT DIVORCE IN NIGERIA? We have been separated for a long time now and march 2015 will make it 2 years, but I dont want to waste my time again, so want to use the best option to quietly and legally end this charade. Any advise. God bless you guys.

hello Mondisweet,

So if I and the lady tell the judge that we are happy to quietly end the marriage and go our various ways, a no fault divorce can be given? Because she is more than happy to go her way, same thing like me, infact we were thinking of annulling it, but that seems like a distant possibility?
