Let me share for someone who may need this.

I have asked question about this here but no one seem to give a good response. I decided to risk it.

I am a student in the uk, I have had a uk 6months visa previously which I used just one week out of.

I have a Canadian immigrant visa on my passport.

So I plan to visit the shenghen area for 8days vacation and my spouse was my sponsor. We both live in the uk with out kids and also both have individual businesses in Nigeria.

Two days to our biometric we realised we needed to submit a uk bank statement and we both had less than 500 pounds . So we 1500 pounds was moved to my account while 4100 pound was moved to my spouse account.

In addition to this bank statement we submitted our Nigerian bank statement which had over 10m , business account and registration our bro cards , insurance , hotel reservation and fully booked refundable flight ticket .letter from my school and the kids school as well as it is a family vacation. We have a family in Paris but we didn’t tell them about this. We were all issues multiple entry visa for three months.


So what I want to bring out here is .Our uk statement was somehow useless because we don’t do much transaction there (no salary) which means our Nigerian statement was what helped with the visa . We were mainly doing lodgement in the uk account

Why destroy public property. This will be beneficial to you and I. They have what protect them. You think when you do this it affects them? No , rather it gives them avenue to loot more , because they will get quotes to rebuild in that case , they take a percentage. Children of hate , use your brain

Another advantage of coming with someone is that, the second person who is not schooling has an opportunity of navigating everywhere making friend and is able to get information faster and usually from my own observation dependants get sponsorship faster than the initial primary applicant who is schooling. So the initial primary applicant becomes the dependant of the second person .

We just finished second semester and he still owes about 7500pounds . And he is expected to have been done paying by now . Based on the school schedule of fee payment. The school didn’t send him away though and they didn’t even limit his access to the school facility. They only got him a councellor that will help him psychologically. But we don’t know what the outcome /implication will be later on. Because he told them he sold everything he had to come and unfortunately living cost was more expensive than he planned and this has taken almost all he came with.

Non, it’s difficult to get job for cash payment. And if he does legit it will reflect on his NI and will affect his PSW application because he exceeded the number of hours given by home office

Hmmm, I have a coursemate who is unable to pay his fee balance , if he had come with his spouse his spouse would have been working paying the bills and paying fee balance.

Because there is limit the number of hours a student can work, 20hours in order not to violate home office rule . To be able to perform in school it’s better to come with a spouse so u won’t be under pressure. As a student the max u can earn as a student is 800pounds you pay rent for one room like 400pounds and food 200pounds , transport 200pounds bills other things . So you know the money can’t even pay school fee balance

There are jobs in the uk but you have to be extremely good to get one else jejely face Care work o🤗

A lot of the graduate have faulty foundation and some of them even undergoing their masters pay people to do their assignment .
I think to have a stake in the system you should also be ready to invest. The essence of doing a course work by your self helps you to know a little about what the course entails if not more.


A lot just use the school route to japa not all want to do a white collar job, some are contented with the care job.

People are getting jobs by the day .

Most people japa because of a second passport and the insecurity in our dear country and their inability to get a job to live up to expectation as a graduate. Or job insecurity from even those who have one.
The future of our kids etc.

Abroad too is not as easy as most people back home think. We are just lucky to be able to thrive amidst stress.

Here you have to be responsible everything comes as mail unlike Nigeria where u will owe your landlord and still be threatening your landlord.

In all honesty there is no place like home. In this abroad my dear nothing like communal living. It’s even difficult to greet someone when almost everyone has an ear piece on. I will advice people don’t sell your property to japa because you might end up been depressed because the grass isn’t greener on the other side, but if you have the means Biko japa. Japa is also educating (traveling)
In the uk where I stay, I went to see my gp and was hungry I went to a restaurant nearby and in that restaurant the only food that seem familiar was pasta.(macaroni) I ordered for a portion but my dear when it came it tasted like mixing boiled unsalted pasted with tin tomato (uncooked tomato paste)and it was cold. I no fit chop am because as I naija person we are used to as e Dey hot🤣.

Also if you want to travel via student route don’t come alone if you have a balance of your tuition try to come with your spouse Biko it makes life easy else you may almost drop out of school.

PPR finally came in today 🙏😅🥳 I don’t know how to behave. I ran downstairs to show my husband and we were jumping quietly together so as not to wake our toddler.

I am so worried right now. I presently live in England and did my Canada biometrics in London. I just submitted my passport to VFS for my COPR, but I was unaware of the extremely long wait time to receive the visa stamp until last night when I decided to check this forum, and I saw that people who used the London VFS/IRCC office were complaining that it took 4 -10 weeks to receive their passports compared to the Accra office I have a business trip to Europe in early April, and I can't afford to miss it. I think it's so unfair to hold on to someone's passport for several weeks. The U.S returns passports after 3 days. Hearing about the wait times is causing me so much panic. How soon can I raise a web form? If I tell IRCC about my upcoming business trip, will this help?

That might be a long time thread. I submitted my passport at London VFS too and also did my biometric in London.

Submitted on the 20th or 21st January and by 31st I already had my passport and copr this 2023.Infact the place where my passport stayed the longest was at VFS. It only stayed 48houra in ircc office in London before it was sent back to vfs

On the IRCC website they mentioned the letter o. It should have the bank letter heading, your account number, your balance, when you opened account with the bank and it you have any outstanding debt or loan. It’s actually a POF requirement

That’s is like a letter of non indebtedness.

But I only used bank reference letter for mine which is easy to get. I didn’t get any ADR and my application was straight forward

The scores do come down sometimes. But based on the last draw he was talking about. You need to have extra like he said to meet up .

After saying all, I went ahead to say he should create profile and we never can tell what happens he might be lucky.
FSW EE says ielts band 6. Before now it might be possible to be nominated with band 6 but now, u will just be swimming in the pool.

But now ehh bros or sis , for almost two years they didn’t do any draw not until last year December they had one with cut off of 600
And for u to have 600 as an Outland you must have a family in Winnipeg, msc and French


Or u have 625 which means u have a family outside Winnipeg and msc

I would rather encourage anyone looking for pnp to create profile in all provinces and wait . We never can tell . A draw might be conducted with just your noc in demand and u will be fortunate to get one.

Like I said their draws score might be attributed to the high express entry score, a lot of student schooling in canada now earning point for Canadian degree or Ukraine 🇺🇦 \ Russia 🇷🇺 crisis causing lot of asylum application processing.

Your first port of entry into the Shenghen area has to be France because they issued the visa and not necessarily Air France 🇫🇷. Am sure that is what he is trying to explain to you.

Based on the last draw to live in Winnipeg you will have a family in Winnipeg , a master and French as an addition to your Ielts as this will give u exactly 600 which was the cut off the last pnp for Winnipeg

To be able to reside outside Winnipeg (Brandon etc ) you should have msc and family in the location outside Winnipeg.
Note that this is for outlanders o
You have to create a profile for your expression of interest on their website. Although before now their score were not this high but this high score can be attributed to the high score in FSW pool (my thought though)

Then sasketchewan your education should be same as your work experience and also the noc choosen should be one of the noc in the in demand noc

Ontario does tech draw and French draw. They also have some noc they invite as well but they pick from the pool of fsw

Alberta also picks from the pool of fsw.

The demand for japa is on the increase so one need to really be strategically positioned . People have very high score and are waiting. I pray we all smile last last

Sure .the one I used was dated 2021 and I applied in 2022 (am presently almost rounding off my second semester🤗)
