look for someone in Nigeria that can sponsor you, maybe your uncle or Aunty, then you can come back and apply. Note that you are only reapplying because of the 214b, so it's a try your luck thing. US embassy don't take fake documents likely, they frown at it, you might have been banned.

No harm in trying
thanks but u made me scared by saying they might have banned me sad

Okay 3 months should be just fine.
Processing time (paper route) has been looking like 5-6 weeks before medicals and 1-2 weeks for passport request.

I'll advice that you tell your sponsor(s) to start preparing the account, it's usually 6 months SOA needed. Once you've gotten your admission you can come back for clarifications you may need.

For now...just follow the tread, check out part 6 if you can, to familiarize yourself with the whole visa processing (the information really helps) and you should also check the Cic website.
thanks I really appreciate,I applied to MUN already....can I use the documents of my uncle in Canada?(he's a citizen)

Your chances are probably just the same as any other person's...just have the right documents and you should be good to go.

The thing that comes to mind is how long or short your holiday will be? or are you coming home with the mind of not returning back to India??

Cos if you intend traveling back to India, how will you be able to undergo your medical exams when requested??
thanks I won't return to India if I get the visa...the holiday is three months, can I get the visa before then?.....how long is the processing?....like how much should I have in mind to spend on the visa processing?i know visa of a thing is 50/50,should incase I don't get the visa,I might return to India

Be patient. You just applied.

For nursing, if you get in you would likely have to start from 1st yr. You might get one or two credits but I doubt they'll let you continue into 2nd year here just because you did first year in India. Nursing in India's different from Nursing in Canada. Idk much about visa stuff, tho.
thanks I could start from first year but can I get a school of $5000-$9000

Hello,

I think you should run a google search. Something like "colleges in Canada offering **** undergraduate courses". You should get a lot of information on colleges you can select from. Then check their websites for requirements. Seeing that you are going for undergrad, I think a good WAEC result will go a long way and a good essay too. The processing time depends on the school and they usually have deadlines. But apply early! You might want to apply to at least two schools to avoid any disappointment.

When you get your admission, you can start finding out how to apply for a study permit but one bridge at a time smiley. Thanks maam, please I want ask if my uncle in Canada could sponsor me,will the embassy allow that?.....the tuition fee of the school I applied to is 7k,how much do I need to pay before applying for a study permit? Thanks
