PROTOCOL FOR DRIVERS • Arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle • Planning each route based on road and traffic conditions • Resumption time is 7am daily and upon resumption either at MP’s home or office, ensure that the vehicle(s) are in good condition by cleaning the vehicle, opening the bonnet to check for oil and fuel and also check if all the tyres and the cars are in good condition before the day starts. • Saturdays are work days and are generally for repairs and maintenance of cars. All car complaints should be made during the week and funds should be gotten for the repairs.
