Go for the full cream milk produced by chivita's Hollandia, Friesland's Peak milk ,Dano milk and Cowbell milk. Their milk have set the standard to measure a healthy milk with the right amount of fat in it .Stay away from all these imported fat-filled milk and all those creamers.
