Hi guys, does anyone know of any shipping company still delivering to Nigeria from China at this time?

I know the rate is crazy now but I desperately need to get some orders out of China. Please let me know. Thanks!

Happy new month precious client.
We thank you for trusting us with your funds

You made payment during the Chinese holiday. You were informed beforehand that goods won't be ready until February, even before you made payment
Unfortunately the virus issue came up which is a big setback.

We will be sending pictures and videos of completed goods to some of our clients today
We plan to commence shipment to Nigeria this week

It's important for clients to know that local shipping within China is just kicking off but rather slow.
.
If your goods fall with category of completed goods then await a picture update today

Hi, sorry I’m new to this. But what is the best way to get my orders across to you in China from my supplier?

Thanks

Hi guys. So I just finished my masters in DBS and the grad ceremony is October ending. Ideally my mom would like to be here for my graduation. Can someone please advise as regards necessary documentation for her visa application. She’s a head teacher for the state government and my dad will also be sponsoring the trip. I’m also her only child, would this raise the issue of home tie ??

Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone. My visa was approved today! Processing time: 3 weeks and 4 days. I wanna say thanks to everyone on this forum that helped out in one way or another.

I'm so glad I didn't give up after my Canadian refusal. Some people thought I was crazy applying for visa on the 21st of December when school resumes January 2018, looks like my 'craze' paid off in the end, God be praised!

Who else is going to DBS?

Which one is host form? I don't think you will fill that since u don't know any1 in Dublin

I mean on the online application, there's a part where I was asked to fill in host/accommodation details. Tried to leave it blank but couldn't proceed any further.

I'll advise you use a single statement of account. Make sure the balance in this account covers the balance of your tuition fees, living costs and enough to cover for your sponsor to cover for his expenses- this is logical.

I won't advise a pension statement unless it complements the balance on that account e.g don't use a statement of #100,000 monthly and show a balance of #8m. It does not add up.

Another thing is , don't dump huge amounts in any account you'll use .

Alright, thanks.

Please am I required to print my own account statement? I will be using my dad's two bank statements.
Is a pension statement also advisable to be included?

Hi guys. Is it too late to apply for visa now? I got an offer from DBS (Ms Data Analytics) and resumption date is 22nd of January.
I've paid a deposit of €6000 already. What are my chances?
I should also add that I was denied Canadian Visa recently. I plan to mention it in my SOP but dont know if I should include the refusal letter.

Hi Sir.
Good to hear you have your documents in place and ready to submit your application soonest.

As to arranging your documents, I think VFS WORKER will be the one to arrange your documents and make sure everything is in place. So don't worry about that since you're going for paper route.

You're expected to submit Originals of Bank Statement, your original INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT and photocopies of documents because it won't be returned back to you after your application must have been processed. Your Passport is the only document that will be returned to you.

In regards to payment info... You're expected to make your payment at the cashier at VFS office. You should go with at least 56k...

Once you have your documents in place. walk directly to the VFS and submit your application and take your biometrics as well.

If you have your SOP, you can PM some experienced Gurus here to help you review them before submission to avoid errors and story that touches.

This is my input. Gurus can give answers to this, if there was anything i omitted.

cheers!

Hi, is it compulsory to submit International Passport? What if I need it pending the time my application gets approved.
I remember reading somewhere on this thread that CIC requests for original passport after going through your application.

Hi guys... I'll be applying for visa against winter session this week.
I think I'm done with my SOP, but I feel I've not addressed the issue of why PGD instead of Masters well. My reasons include, low GPA, pgd serves a masters degree gateway, cost-friendly, intensive and hands-on practical oriented. The reasons sound disjointed and I'm having a hard time bringing them all together.

Also, @Austinpee, could you please review my SOP? I know you probably get lots of requests already but I'll appreciate your input. Sent you a PM already.

Lastly, what are CIC passport photo requirements (size, specs etc) and how many copies am I supposed to include in my application?
Thanks.

Aunty, please don't waste your money. If your documents have valid signatures or stamps or seal of the issuing individual/organisation, they are fine.

For the affidavit, it will be important you do one if your sponsor is a 3rd party. The high court should handle that for you.

Thanks for making out time to reply. The said sponsor is my father. Is the affidavit still necessary?

Hi guys...
I'm presently in Abeokuta. Please how do I go about notarizing my documents? Do I have to notarize every copy?

Also, concerning the affidavit of sponsorship, what's the process? Do I have to go to a court or a simple Sponsorship letter will suffice?

Hello Boss,

We all got your drift.
However, convincing the VO that you are up to it financially is key.

People with even bigger balances and transactions have been delayed too.

No matter what, the onus is on you to prove to the VO handling your case that you wont work to fund your studies.

Yes, you have paid your fees. If it is possible ask your dad, to transfer the upkeep amount to your account. That way you have "less explaining" to do.

That said, the above is just my opinion.

Goodluck and Godspeed.

Mazi

Lool I'm hardly a boss. And I don't have everything figured out.

Noted too. Thank you.

I get your drift but my case here is that your dad needs to tell the vo in his own letter of support how much he will commit for your living expenses (idott has to be spelled out) and the vo expect you to have the money before you travel (that's why most people are asked to get an assurance letter from the bank to state the funds will be transported to Canada when it's time). If your dad is the sole signatory to his company let him wait till when the account has around that "13 million" or more that you talked about then he can now pledge to give you around 5 million naira for your living expenses (though the minimum is CAD10K=#3million), whatever he will be pledging for your upkeep for the year shouldn't be less than the 3 million naira (even if he won't give u all the money now cos I know most people will be sending the upkeep money on a monthly basis but NEVER tell the vo that). You still have time so I will advise you wait when the account balance increases a bit before you apply but if you can't wait then make sure your dad is specific about the amount he wants to commit for your upkeep. NB: He should also make reference to his PFA as that will help. Trust me the closing balance is very important, infact more important than the inflow and outflow (as long as there is proof of how the money was made.....like comany registration).

Oh okay. Duly noted. Thank you.

mcobex:
Yes u can use his pension account documents. inflow and outflow isn't as important as the closing balance. out of the 7 million how much is your dad committing to your studies? thank God you have paid your tuition so what he will need to provide will be your living expenses which is atleast CAD10K

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Actually it's not really about the 7m or how much he's committing, He's committing himself alright... I just paid over 7k CAD. That's about as far as commitment goes at this stage. My upkeep obviously won't be from the said 7m balance but from subsequent inflows to the account in the not too distant future. It's just an estimate of what would be on the account by ending. Could be higher.
Since it's a business account, transactions are processed on it at least 3 times a week. Closing amount as at 2 months ago was nearing 13m, then we bought goods to restock the store, money left the account(outflow), came back after sales (inflow) You get my drift?

That was why I put a caveat earlier that the inflow and outflow for the last 6 months is quite strong.

So it's not about the closing balance as at the time I print the SOA.

Hi guys.

Finally paid my first semester tuition via Form A at Access Bank. Very fast I must say. Less than a week.

I'm planning to apply for Visa first week of September for Winter Session. My dad is my sponsor and we are planning on using his business account. However, sales has been kind of slow this year and we could maybe do about 7 million Naira as closing balance for SOA. I'm especially worried cos I'm going for PGD at Lambton so I want to submit a well-covered airtight application.

He does have a Pension Account of over 30million and he hasn't withdrawn even a kobo. The funds are still with the PFA and he doesn't want to withdraw now for reasons best known to him. Can we include his pension account as a supporting financial document? Is it advisable?

I should probably add that the inflow and outflow of the business account is quite strong...

Hi guys.

Does anyone know if one can still pay tuition using Form A. I'm supposed to pay about 7000 CAD to Lambton College.

Has anyone paid tuition recently? What banks have a faster processing time?

Hello, are you sure that grade is correct? I once mailed a university asking for Nigeria CGPA equivalence and I got to know that 3.7 ( Canada) =4.2(Nigeria).

If your class if degree is 2:1, I think your chance ain't that slim.

Hello everyone...

I graduated with a low GPA (about a 2.83/4.00 Canadian scale). I know my chances of getting a masters admission is low, at the same time PGC/D refusal rate is scary.
Now I'm considering taking the GRE to kind of compensate for my low grades but so far all the schools I checked want minimum of 3.0.

I'm a Statistics and Demography major, finished from OAU, will be done with NYSC by April.

I want to do Data Science or something related to Analytics , even Trent and UofWesternOntario want 3.0.. I just don't know what to do.
I think I have a shot at getting admission at University of Fraser Valley Data Analysis PGD program but na trv refusal Dey scare me.

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of schools that might accept my low gpa coupled with GRE.

PS: I'm only asking cos I've exhausted all the list of schools I found online not like I've been idle to do research.

Thanks.
