try this --- start --- computer --- your hard drive (what ever the name it has) ---- programs --- then you should able to see the program you want and start it from there and also put the short cut to start the program on desktop

this is based on windows 7 what OS do you have

I tried this but it does not appear on the list of programs files. This is windows 7 by the way.

I installed some programs successfully but cannot find them under the program list. I have even done a search for theses programs but I cannot find them. These very programs are visible under the uninstall menu in the control panel.

I wish to create a website to enable my phtotographer friends, and students in the communication department of my school to upload pictures of their works and have friends comment on them and rate it. I have thought about making it into a forum, which doesn't seem like a good idea to some friends. I'm not an expert in web design. Any suggestion and help would be very appreciated. Thanks

My sister will turn 21 on january and she has not been issued visa after her DNA test in September, she was sent a letter among her other documents sent her by my dad through his lawyer that if she turns 21 she may loose eligibility, but my dad's lawyer say it doesn't apply to her since my dad is a citizen of USA and not a green card holder, and the interview was also conducted before she turned 21, but his statement contradicts the letter sent her that issuance of immigrant visa, depends solely on the age of the applicant and the date of issuance and not the age at interview. Secondly I would be having my own interview next year, can I be issued without a DNA test? if yes what are the tips as everyone I know underwent DNA test. Thanks for your help in advance.
