I need to know dat i got 5 years USA visit visa last month. I waz thinking 2 go USA in june next year as i m doing job and not free now a days. My friend told me yesterday that it is neccessary for me to enter in USA within the 3 months of the visa issue.. otherwise my visa will b considered expire...... I just need to confirm this that is there any restriction regarding my first entry in USA. Will dis make any effect to my visa if i will go USA in june next year right after 10 months of my visa issue. i m much confuse plz guide me.

Again i want to say thanks to dis forum for helping us in getting USA family visit visa. I m going 2 post interview Questions which VO asked from us. We applied our visa from pakistan.

1:have u ever travelled b4 in the form of group?
2: in which countries u hv travelled b4?
3: what u all do?
4: she asked frm every individual about our job n job description.
5: As our father iz our financer VO asked difrnt question frm him dat wen u joined dis company? Wen ur vacations will end? Etc.
6: VO asked wen u ppl will leave fr USA?
7: VO as u ppl r doing jobs n one of u is student then will it posible 2 take leave?
8: wt ur uncle do in USA?
9: where ur uncle iz living in USA?
10: iz ur uncle citizen of USA?
11: how long he has been in USA?
12:wen he visited pakistan last time?
13: r u all r living in one house in pak?
At da end VO said ok i m going 2 approve ur visa and we will do some administrative process. U will recieve ur passport back after 2 weeks.
But we get back our pasports last week after 8 weeks.

If sm 1 is not having sponsor then wt will b da best way of applying for uk visit visa? Sponsor iz neccessary for visit or not.
Secondly i want to know can we apply for uk visit visa in the form of family group if the children are above 18 in age?

i just want to ask a question that i hv filled my forms n interview date is given to us. problem is that while filling my mother form i did a mistake when question was asked that your relationship with the person staying in USA, i wrote relative instead of siblings. bcz my uncle in USA is my mother's step brother. i am much worried bcz of this mistake in form. tell me do we have any chance to correct the form wen it is submitted online n interview date has been given to us. will this mistake make any effect on getting our visa. tell me wt should we do?? forms of others members of group r accurate. thanks.

i jst want to ask about bank statement.. each member of group hv to show his r her statement individually or a statement of parents is enough to show which is enough strong to cover the expense of all children in USA.
also tell me the form name which we have to fill online for visa.

yeap we knw dat every applicant in group is treated seaprately...answer of ur questions r as follow.
1. we r not residing in nigeria. we are pakistan nationals. only my father is doing job in nigeria.
2. we all in the form of group want to apply for the USA visit visa.
3. yes me, my father n 1 of my sistr doing jobs... brothr iz student n mothr house wife.
4. for visiting my uncle family ( my mom's brothr n his family)
5. no any of us is not holding dual nationality.

i have not make any call. infact i dont have any numbr where i could trace out my case... in pakistan reviews r taking much time my few friendz got reply after 3 months... but its gng to b more than 4 months to my case.. i have not got any reply. i am much tensed

Hi i am new in this forum. I need ur help. My issue is that my tier 4 visa was refused on the basis of that i am not a genuine student... I sent my administrative review on 14th of march 2014. Still i have not got any reply. A day before yesterday my 4 months has been completed. I am really worried dat y they r not giving reply.. 2 weeks before i send them reminder as well but still no reply. Justwise n all experts of forum plz tell me that wt should i do...bcz i m much tensed bcz its question of my future as well. N plz tell me that how much time a review takes?

I am new in this forum. I want to know that how much chances of getting USA visit visa we have? We want to apply for USA visit visa as a family group. History of my family is as follow. We are 3 sisters & 1 bro. my father is working in a well reputed Petroleum company in Nigeria & he has traveled different countries like Dubai more than 15 times, Nigeria more than 15times , UK 3 times and Doha Qatar 2 times, USA 1 time in 1988. my mother is house wife & have traveled in UK & KSA. My bother is studying and have traveled 2 times UK & 1 time KSA. We 3 sisters have traveled in KSA only. 2 are doing jobs and 1 is free and staying at home. As my father is working in Nigeria so bank statement is on my mother’s name in US dollars. Will it can b an issueKindly tell me how much chances of getting visa we all have We are from Pakistan so will apply from Pakistan. Thanks…
