Statutory Transfer: N398 Billion (What does this mean - National assembly?), EXPLANATION HERE WILL DO ME PLEASE, i myself can make a false billing too people(Statutory Transfer)
Debt servicing: N560 Billion (Nigeria spends more on debt servicing than on education and health)
Total = N4,749bn (N4.749trn)
