Apart from Abiriba there is nothing in Abia north. Apart from Abiriba no part of Abia north is in any way better than Any part of Ngwa land.

Nde Ogboo back then were nothing but ndi obioma,mobile talilors,who lived in squalors then at Ngwa road,each occupying one room with his many wives and children. Abiriba people live more around Ogborhill axis because they are more elitist than the rest of nde Ogboo.
Ngwa land is blessed. In terms of topography,it is a table land,unlike the undulating topography of nde Ogboo.
In terms of Agriculture,Ngwa land is the food basket of Abia state,seamlessly feeding the millions of Aba inhabitants.
If only Ngwa people would come together in unity.....

It's economically viable.
Has one of the largest LGAs in the East,Obingwa .
But the painful truth is,if Aba is carved out of Abia state,whatever would remain in Abia will be nothing but impoverished communities.
An average Ngwa man is very accommodating hence they allowed settlers and their businesses thrive on their land,yet these people,especially from Abia North,a.k.a nde Ogboo,have zero love,regard or respect for the people who accommodated them yet they cannot spent one full week in their villages away from Aba.

As an Anambra person who grew up in Aba,I want to state that Ngwa people deserve their own state and above all,respect from those who they accommodated.
