I'm from the community, we the youths chased them away so the herdsmen ran away, then found a bike man as they fled, isolated him and shot him in cold blood. The youths retaliated and killed 2 of the ones we were able to catch including several of their cows. The rest mobilized and attacked again in force shooting everywhere (these guys don’t carry ordinary shotguns, they are equipped with AK47!), forcing several residents to flee in panic but they were repelled and chased out...thanks to our back up from our local vigilantes.

Only for the soldiers to invaded our community and start ransacking everywhere.
