I'm not certain of provinces that nominates lawyers. However, Ontario nominates HR professionals especially if your CRS is within the stipulated range of the draw. Its been with the range of about 458 -467 in recent times. You could go for the HR noc 1121 if your CRS is close to Ontario's draw range for pnp.

Also, I have HR experience the most part of my work experience, should I go for that NOC instead. Although my ECA was in law.

To receive another NOI from Ontario, usually you withdraw the profile you were rejected on and create another profile. You should receive another NOI by their next draw for your NOC

i have a profile on Canada express entry, prior to this time, on 23rd of June I was sent an Ontario notification of interest under the Ontario express entry human capital, which I accepted and submitted an e-application in this regard for PNP but my application was withdrawn in august by Ontario due to delay by WES to send my evaluated credentials to them and I remained in the general Canada express entry pool.
I realized Ontario has done another draw on the 6th of October but I wasn’t sent a notification of interest and my profile qualifies and remains eligible. i checked the point and NOC selected, and it aligns with what i have but i dint get the NOI.

That was a great blunder... He should have included his salary statement of account so as to prove that he's truly an employee in the company... its gonna show his monthly salary as on the payslip..Review would not change anything.... reapply asap and make sure you include his salary statement of account ... even if the balance is very low .... include it!!! Good afternoon,please i'm asking this question for a colleague.

Our organisation was invited to a programme at London and he was selected to represent the organisation on a fully sponsored trip. The application was submitted with the account statement of our organisation. The inviting org has even sent a letter of invite to the Home office.However, he was refused on grounds that he didn't submit his own financial statement that reflects his income as stated in the payslips and they are not convinced he will return after to Nigeria.

These are my questions:
1. Can we reapply immediately although the event is from June 11 -13
2. Can we make use of the 5 days priority?
3. A lawyer mentioned that theres something called Judicial review that they could be applied for. I wanted to know if anyone has done this before or the process

Is anyone experiencing any challenge with uploading document under self-service? I uploaded a document since Saturday, it's showing "Processing this upload" up till now. Is this an attempt to make people come pay for scanning in their center? My appointment is fast approaching, yet I've not been able to upload a single document.

I had my biometrics 16th January and not yet gotten mine as well. I have called and sent several mails, same response. The application is still under consideration.

I got a mail that my application was not straightforward on 7th Feb 2019 and i got another not straightforward mail on 22nd Feb,2019.
I called them on monday 25th Feb,2019.still have not heard from them.Today makes it 24 working days.I am worried and it is 6 months visitor visa..










Happened to my friend in Sept last year. We called them several times, yet nothing. He received another not straightforward after the first one. Anyway, his visa later came out, even when the date of the exam he was supposed to come to the UK had passed.

But i got this email few days ago:

'Thank you for your visa/entry clearance application which has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days and settlement applications within 60 working days (unless you have opted for a Priority Visa service).

We are unable to resolve your application within these customer service targets, as the processing of your application has not been straightforward. Please be assured that we will continue to progress your application to enable a decision to be made as soon as possible.
