Do you also know that since the face off between Wike and Fubara started, Awuse has never been seen nor has he conveyed a meeting to pilot the affairs of the council. If I were you, I would look deeply before calling people ingrates. Because for every action, there is equal and opposite reaction.

So also, the Abuja Court would lack the power to treat matters within Rivers State, eventhough i can agree that they have same powers, being that they are Courts of Coordinate Jurisdictions.
