I got the scholarship to study ın Kocaeli University in Izmit to study European Union Politics and International Relations Master Programe With Thesis. I have read all your posts and I wonder if you know wether this university has a good masters degree program or not (I have been told that is quite new and its social student life is very active), If you can choose your university after you sign your scholarshıp contract (not very sure about this point) and if you can sign this contract while being in Turkey (which is my case) I hope someone can help me clarıfy these points!
