I am a DV lottery winner but currently on AP. The deadline date is just a few days away and it seems i'll lose my eligibility because of the deadline September 30th time frame.
I've been wanting to apply for a U.S student visa but because I won the lottery thinking I was going to get the visa I halted.
So now I want to go ahead and apply for the student visa.
What are my chances?
1, I'm single but in my late 30's
2, I have been denied U.S student visa and visiting visas about 10 years back.
3, I actually waited this long so as to be able to sponsor myself to get educated.
4, Will the intent of being an immigrant because of the DV lottery I won become an issue for visa refusal?

Dear v.o, i'm a lottery winner and my interview is days away. I made a lot of mistakes on my forms sent to KCC and when I contacted KCC to correct the errors, I was told that my form is at the embassy.
I have this questions for you....
1, I'm into sales and supply and work as a sales manager. But in my form I sent to KCC under occupation I wrote Infotech dealer and supplier. But when I checked o'net infotech dealer isn't listed there. Will this affect my chances to obtain a visa?
2, Or is there a provision on how to correct this error at the embassy just before my interview?
3, Do I have to fill another form and bring along with me to my interview?
Kindly advice....
