Politics / The Helpless Nature Of Our Judiciary by Dadadash40: 7:36am On Aug 20, 2018
Our constitution is our problem. how can you grant immunity to governors?? the constitution failed to mention what will happen to governors and presidents when they disobey court orders. Nigeria will be better only if the judiciary will have the right to deploy army and arrest people that disobey court orders including government officials. our judiciary is useless and helpless because after interpreting the law, the executive throws it into dustbin.

There is an ongoing court jurisdiction between oyo state government and fresh FM. And according to the constitution, once a matter gets to court both parties must stay clear until the court passes a verdict on the matter. But in Nigeria the reverse is the case. It happened in IMO state when there was an ongoing court jurisdiction stopping governor okorocha from impeaching his deputy governor yet he threw court order into dustbin and went ahead to impeach him by bribing majority of house members.

As far as I'm concerned, we have 3 arms of government and they are
1. Executive
2. Legislature
3. The press
When court orders are not obeyed, when legal due processes and procedures are brought to a thing of ridicule then the judiciary is dead.

Remedy; our constitution need to be amended in the following ways
1. The Attorney General must not be by appointment by the president. He must be elected by the masses through INEC
2. The judiciary must be given power to deploy the army to arrest anyone including government officials that disobey court orders.
3. The chief of Army, police, navy, custom, prisons, etc must be by election through INEC.

This is the only way Nigeria will be better. And executive will now sit up and work.

Politics / National Identity Card. by Dadadash40: 9:26am On Aug 13, 2018
For over 5 years I registered for the national identity card yet they have not given it to me. It's a very big shame for a country like Nigeria to face this problem. What is actually delaying the card printing is what I don't know.

I know that Nigeria is rich enough to print these cards the same day of registration. I have many things online that require the national identity card before money will be paid. those that are into online business will understand how frustrating it is. Or do they select special persons that card are printed for?

What did we do to our leaders for them to be this wicked and heartless. I know I'm not the only one suffering this. I'm very sad and heartbroken about this.

We all must condemn this act of wickedness and negligence by federal government. Nobody is talking about it .

Phones / Re: NCC Moves To Protect Subscribers With Directive On Data Rollover by Dadadash40: 9:48am On Jun 18, 2018
NCC is very senseless. In the first place, our data shouldn't expire. We should use it as many years as possible until we exhaust it. We are been forced to subscribe. Buying data is just like everything we buy in the market. Think how long your phone, car, clothes and others stuff you buy stay before they expire. No one forced us to buy the data. If we like we use it, if not you keep it in our phone for years. It's nobody's business. This is extortion of the highest order.
