Nice post, as a true adiah obiofu son i will say the worst decision the nigeria state made was balkanizing ndoni to rivers state, seperating us from our relatives in the other side of the niger hence making us less relevant in nigeria and the delta politics. It is a fact that ndokwa land is very rich in human and natural resources but no developmental evidence, go to ndokwa east, ndoni, and ukwuani towns and villages we are not were we are supposed to be. We are the sleeping giants of the delta.

You see now! Tracking a stolen phone and using police to track your debtor has become the same thing?
My brother lost his phone (not stolen), we involved the police and got the phone back after about 5 months that the phone came back online plus the money he paid for the tracking and transport to the town where the arrest was made.
My ex driver found a touchlight phone in his motor and instead of returning it, he removed the sim and put his own in it. The owner involved the police and it was tracked, he was arrested and made to pay for the phone, the money paid for the tracking and of course the police "service".
Quite a lots of people who tracked their phones got it back while many are still pending for various reasons (like phones not coming online, phones tracked to very far distances and things like that).
Police are usually motivated because of one thing, the money they are going to make the thieves pay once they are arrested.

copied thanks for the useful info, i already contacted a police officer at irt, he told me to p be atient for the phone to come online again

So sorry to hear this.
Please the first thing to do in such scenarios is block your line. You can call your network provider on a different line and they'll guide you on how to do that.

May God give you a better phone, double for your trouble
thanks for the kind words i appreciate i say amen to your prayers towards me.

Phones / My Ordeal At Computer Village Today. by danieldinho: 7:50pm On Oct 25, 2021
Today been the 25th day of oct 2021, I had a terrible and shocking experience at computer village Ikeja. I went for a transaction at my bank around allen junction aromire street, on my way back i got to under bridge looking for a bus going to my direction at the park. As i was abt boarding a bus going to Egebeda i was attacked unconsciously i felt my phone left my pocket and the others held me like a pin b4 i could regain myself phone was gone, and all boys holding me gone too disappearing in the thin air luckily for me my money was intact, the phone is not up to a month, i bought it around oct 8, phone is infinix note 10, the pack and imei are available i dnt know if the phone can be recovered via tracking.

Pleaase folks be careful around computer village ikeja and also be vigilant. Of a truth i was carried away with some thoughts on my head computer village today gave me a shocking early birthday gift two days earlier.

About damn time someone started to do something for those communities stuck in River state. Abia needs to follow through with the same request likewise Delta state likewise every other non-Ikwerre territories carved to River state from another state. Ikwerre people marginalizing the shit out of those communities. Like shit, I always wondered have any of the state government personnel from the states that lost territories to River state ever gone to those territories to see the state of those areas in comparison to Ikwerre areas. The Ikwerre led government uses the money those communities bring in to develop their areas despite producing the least amongst all of them while letting those communities rot away and ignoring their cries of marginalization and injustice. It always bothered me how Anioma territory is wallowing away in River state and nobody in Delta government is doing anything to fix it. Applause to Imo state government on this and I pray to God they trigger other states to follow through. It’s about damn time they start saving these communities from Ikwerre’s grasp. Why it took so long is beyond me. I hope to hell this triggers other states to follow the same path as well honestly,
well said

I once asked what will become of Rivers oil production if you remove Ndoni, Egbema and Etche and return them to their original states, nobody responded. Seems Imo government has taken a cue.
the amount of oil flowing in that zone is something else compare to the development. In rivers state today most of the oil well in ndoni is been glorified to ogba that's is umoku no tangible development
Politics / Re: Imo To Recover Oil Wells From Rivers by danieldinho: 10:15pm On Nov 21, 2020
That’s only the result of decades of brainwashing! Yes, they have produced some outstanding individuals that have contributed to the development of the state like Dr Odili and Chief V I Odili, but this has more to do with that indomitable Igbo spirit of never-say-never than it has to do with any ‘magnanimity’ and ‘love’ from other ethnicities in the state! Wasn’t it a Ijaw man that said Dr Odili could not take the slot of the south-south (Niger-Delta) because (and i paraphrase) ‘he’s not Niger-Delta enough’ or was it ‘because he’s Igbo’!? We’re Igbo when they want to land grab and limit Igbo territory....and we’re not Igbo when it comes to benefitting!

Some young Ndonians who have lost touch with their history will not know the likes of Dr Odili and Onwa Ndoni have strong links with Onitsha! In fact most of their parents and grandparents do! smiley[/quote]What kind of lie is dis? How would u say ndoni dnt knw odili? Stop your misinformation if u dnt knw ogba/ egbema/ ndoni are thre distinctive tribe merge under one lga, imo can lay claim to egbema just as ndoni can lay claim to delta very correct but ndoni are pure stock ukwuani forget about states.
Politics / Re: Imo To Recover Oil Wells From Rivers by danieldinho: 5:27pm On Nov 20, 2020
Ndoni has never been part of old eastern region instead it was in mid west Nigeria. If ndoni is to leave I believe it would be right to cede it back to present delta state were they can unite with the Adiah and ukwuani brothers, I wonder y delta state is not fighting for oil rich ndoni the heart beat of hydrocarbon in the central delta region

They don't.

Cable tv is expensive. That's why many Nigerians living abroad don't have cable. (Someone I knew migrated to the US. I doubt that person has the US equivalent of DSTV up till now. It costs money). And that's why most Nigerians don't have cable.

Myself, if I really wanted, I would have dumped my DSTV subscription since. It costs me money. It's just that there are some channels I like there...like Discovery, Investigation discovery and the crime channels.(and history channel when it made sense). plus news channels. and sports.
Thanks for the enlightment of a truth compare to other cable billing in other clime i would say DSTV IS cheap

No that's the total number of subscribers in Nigeria, all packages, as at 2018.(most recent figures I could find online).

Cable is very expensive. Infact, if I was living in the UK, US or Canada, I would not get a cable subscription at all. My major expense would be boradabnd internet, which would be cheaper on my pocket...while I watch terrestrial tv. (infact in the UK, for example, just use Freeview, don't even miss road to Sky or BT...because they will chop your money in return for premier league matches).

Nigeria is a poor country. By rights, we don;t have the purchasing power to pay for cable. That's why the subscrber base is so low.
wow speechless, running business in is not easy, was thinking they would have close to 40million subscribers base on our population chai now am filling for them

Thanks o Jere!!

Many idiots here will still say that your lying that these are not the prices. Yet they won't carry their phone and browse dstv website for all those countries.

I say again, the problem is not with the pricing, its with your wages.

All this is just a smokescreen. Same way we keep petrol prices artificially low to make it seem like the people have a benefit, so they won't remember to take on the government.

Venezuela that we all used to say is oil producing nation and petrol is N30 per litre, where did it lead them? The country bankrupted itself during the crude oil price crash of 2015, to the extent that the country could not afford to import food and medicines. Their citizens had to be walking to the border of other countries to but them.

Thats like all of festac walking to benin border to buy medicine and food. Dnt forget about sanctions Venuezuella was recieving from America

Una no dey watch International news for cnn?

ok...SA has about 8.2 million subscribers. Nigeria has 4.4 million.

Any questions?? And we still pay less than the South Africans.
Are sureyour statistics is correct? with about just 4.4 million subscribers, i bet the combine subscribere base in Ghana Togo and Benin Republic surpass the 4.4 million in nigeria u ascribe to us, if truly your statistisc is correct, DSTV would leave without blinking and eye lid or making headlines guess the 4.4 million u quoted is active premium subscribers
