Business To Business / Anybody Interested In Starting/buying Of Concrete Mixers For Rental Biz? by DayTrader: 1:41pm On Jan 13, 2010 |
Hello Nairalanders, wishing all a Happy New Year. I am new to Nairaland and I'm very impressed with it's contents and would like to congratulate the founders on a job well done. I'm based in Poland (Eastern Europe) my family has being persuading me for a while to come back to Nigeria, as I have heard there are a lot of business opportunities. I am in partnership with a manufacturer of concrete mixers here in Poland and I am wondering if there is a market for them in Nigeria, I am ready to have samples sent as I would be in Nigeria in February. The concrete mixers are the types of 80L do 300L they are the portable types and not the truck versions. They are relatively cheap and I was wondering of starting or partnering with someone whom already runs a construction equipment rental bis.

Computers / Re: Need Help On How To Use An Ntsc System Lcd Tv by DayTrader: 11:07pm On Jan 11, 2010 |
19 inch tvs' are usually monitors. Don't use the in-built turner to search 4 channels but hook it, through the other input ports ( A/V, HDTV, SVGA, etc) directly to an external source eg cable decoder, laptop with installed tv software, DVD with an in-built TV turner etc. Turn the TV on. Select the external input which you hooked to the TV. Change the channels from the external source and control the vol. from the TV. However, I find it hard to believe that an LCD 19" would have an NTSC restriction, those systems now adays work for films, games and DVD players. Off-course there are ways around these problems too. Returning to your problem, I don't think the system here is the problem but what voltage is needed. From what I remember Nigeria uses 220V and u got it from the states that use 110V . Don't blow up your gift |
Business To Business / Re: Construction Equipments Dealers & Suppliers by DayTrader: 8:44pm On Jan 11, 2010 |
@ tunji370 I work with a building equipment construction company in Poland. Poland is well know across Europe for reliable construction equipment. I have tried sending your an email on the email address you provided but it keep fails to deliver. You could send me a detailed letter on wada@amnesiatoo.pl and I would prepare for you a quotation. |
