seems you are misunderstanding the position of the law Vis-a-vis the court order,in the eyes of the law the number of assembly members is less than 7 because the seat of the remaining 27 remains vacant till proven by a competent jurisdiction to be otherwise. For any reason don't drop in Enugu as the road from makurdi to enugu is a death trap. Fly to abuja and take a bus to makurdi the road is very good Nd new. alternatively you can book a flight to makurdi direct but they still have to stop in abuja before connecting to enugu
